Every time I come here I am taken care of quickly and I am always pleased. I’ve actually stopped going to kids haircuteries and bring my 3yr old here. I love the care they use in cutting his hair and the end result is always awesome. I would definitely recommend! And I just found out, they do color too! I may be going blue soon :0)

First of all, they open at 11:00 AM on Sunday, not at 10 as noted on their website. I have gone here twice and have experienced mediocre service both times. However, my experience today was the final nail in the coffin. I put my name on the list as did every other patron waiting for their haircut. About 15 minutes later, a woman with gray hair and glasses called out «NEXT» rather than calling out the next name on the waiting list. The woman motioned for me to come. Little to my knowledge, there was one other woman waiting to get her hair colored (if her name was on the waiting list I would not have gone up to get my haircut at that point). The two women cutting hair were speaking Spanish to one another confused why she was upset she was not called on.
Long story short — I ended up being excused from the hair cut station so that the woman whose name was not on the list could go before me (even though she had two opportunities before me to be called on). I will never return to this location. A friendly warning: the heavy set woman with gray hair and black rimmed glasses will probably give you a Wynwood inspired hipster cut if you do not specify what number you prefer and how many strands you want cut off the top. Unprofessional and just downright rude. If you’d like quality service I suggest Hair Cuttery just a few minutes south of Midtown on Biscayne. Its near Publix and you will be treated like royalty there.

Even though location hours state the store closes at 5 p.m. I was denied service at 4 p.m. I had also washed my hair to save the ladies time. For reference I had requested a blow dry no wash.
