All you can eat??? Well yeah if you have 3 hours to spare… Service is just way too. Slow with a empty place, orders messed up, never came out. The list goes on and on… Water? Be ready to pay $ 2.50 because they dont have tap water? Please… When I got what I ordered it was just ok, nothing you cant get a publix.

NEVEREATHERE! I was in the area, saw the sign, and figuredI would try it. They claim to have an all you can eat option. It’s like a lotof places that have those little paper slips. 7 rolls, 7 tempuras, 8 nigiri(none tuna), 7 appetizers which included 2items from the nigiri menu. The gyozabeing a frozen pre-cooked product was the best thing there. Have you ever eaten something and once it hits your mouthyou know you will get sick? No, then you should try their octopus. TheCalifornia roll was sad and at $ 5.50 on the regular menu it made me sad thatthey would charge for such a sad piece of sushi. The dragon roll had creamcheese and shrimp shells. I can’t blame them for that the shrimp tempura itlooked like it too was from the freezer. Over all I would have been happier tobuy $ 17.00 worth of bait shrimp and eaten that instead. I’m a foodie and I have a culinary background, it pains me to say this to any one that is just trying to earn a living but here goes: youshould close this place until you’re willing to try harder or not sell sushi. I’m in fear of how sick that luke warm octopus will make me.

Used to be casa colombia, seems to be the same staff with the chefs now in sushi-wear, new name and menu. Interior is nothing to behold, cafeteria style seating with some japanese décor on the windows and those cloth round lamps(or whatever) from the ceiling. As long as I’m not getting flogged while I eat I don’t care much about décor as the food that I came to eat. The sushi was all you can eat for $ 11.95 which is a great deal. In the style of marking the number of rolls or sashimi that you want and they bring you the plate one at a time. Be careful not to leave extra on your plate or they charge you for surplus(Just order small each time). Taste was good by my standards, no complaints about the food. We work close by and its not easy finding a good place to grab a bite. Before you read the complaints, keep in mind that we would definitely go back for another meal. Complaints: Asked for water and they brought us two bottles of zephyrhills. Normally not a huge problem, I prefer tap but I figured what the hell I’ll drink it. Didn’t expect it to cost $ 2.25 for a bottle that should be no more than $ 1.50 on a good day. Was never a fan of having an «office» in the middle of the dining area. Might let it slide since the place seems like it just opened and they are not yet fully operational, but I’ve worked in the food industry before and always hated when the owner/manager worked on the floor as if the whole place is there for whatever office work needs to be done. Had a huge desktop monitor and papers, etc. I just want to eat, not balance your books. He did ask us if everything was good with our meal, but literally as we were walking out. If he cared he should have came over while we were seated, BEFORE we left tip(hint). Humor: Kitchen and bathroom = same room. Single entrance that opens to both kitchen and bathrooms but the door that is used has the male/female bathroom sign on it. Funny watching the waitressess get our food from the«bathroom». Random long shell ornament hanging bullseye center stage from ceiling. Not sure what it represents, what its for, why its there… but we liked it. Keeper. Wi-fi router still says«Casa Colombia». I tried password«empanada». Failed. Themes from some movies like Gladiator or Jurassic Park playing in background. Feeling of impending doom when the base kicks in. Huge TV speaks volumes for ambience. Oh wait, it wasn’t on. Perhaps they entertain on weekends or nights, otherwise the large piano at the entrance goes on the list. Not sure what was going on in the corner of the restaurant. Some long low table with pillows… maybe trying to make seating on the floor like traditional japanese eateries? Either way, it seemed«in progress» so can’t fully comment. Oh, and I drove through the«do not enter» signs… yea you like that
