Spoke with someone named carlos at this number and scheduled an appointment to have someone hang an LED tv along with other home theater work. I was told someone would call me the day prior to confirm. NOONE called the day before and better yet, no one showed up the day of the appointment. The day after, someone calls me from here (not carlos) and tells me he ‘thinks’ it was scheduled for that day (the day after). Unreliable, unprofessional, no thanks.
