Good selection of handbags and items for the home. Women’s fashion, not so much. It is cleaner and more organized than other T J Maxx stores, but the brands they carry are mostly no name, nothing exciting.
The cashier forgot to bag a $ 5 bag of coffee, which I didn’t realize until I got home an hour drive later. They were going to make me drive all the way back to the store and argued they couldn’t issue a refund over the phone. When I wasn’t okay with that response (clearly), the customer service lady spoke with her manager and called me back within 30 minutes. They made an exception and credited my Amex over the phone. Kudos to them for having some common sense in that situation.
