T-Mobile

I would like to express my appreciation for the service I received yesterday from this T-​Mobile location. Let me first mention that when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Lauremnt (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and he was readily available to help me. No wait? Thank god! I run a business and the last thing I need to do is waste time in a store. I was looking to change my plan and add a line to the business account. He did everything with ease and in a professional manner while being able to hold a short conversation we me which made me feel comfortable and not like I was just another person. He also went above and beyond by asking me if I’d like to choose the number I wanted for the new line so it would be an easy number and I was surprised that was an option and excited that he offered it. I am happy I walked into this store and was helped by this gentleman. I don’t write many reviews but its an employee like this that makes me want to praise the fact that there are still good people out there. Thank you for employing him and you can count on me to return to this store for any other issues I may have with my cellphone service.
