T-Mobile

Stay away from this store and T-​mobile. I am generally the most patient person in the world but when I see that the store clerks don’t care and have no sense of urgency regarding their customers waiting then I lose all patience. Only one person working on a Saturday with one in the back. Then while I was waiting one cs representative returned and shortly thereafter another one clocked in. In the meantime the customers kept walking in and waiting. When I left there were 4 other people waiting and two being helped. I just wanted information but their are no brochures re prices for the customers. One representative did greet and make eye contact with everyone who came in. The others didn’t even acknowledge me or anyone else even when I was directly in front of them. The same cs rep tried to help by letting me know I was next but as a potential new customer I recognize a mistake when I see one and didn’t want to waste anymore time there. I pity the last customer who came in — they don’t know they are in for a 2 hour wait.

No stars at all no one cares about customer service here. This store will not be around to long if they keep this up. One girl only acknowledges you when you come in everyone else couldn’t give a crap

My introduction to T-​Mobile was awful. I was promised a free tablet with the purchase of a smartphone. I thought the deal was great so I bought an extra smartphone and and even a extra tablet.
How about after the purchase, I was never granted that free tablet. The manager, Barry (tall Caucasian male) did not care. Instead he had his sale rep do his bidding for him. After 2 days of trying to figure out a solution, I left T-​Mobile extremely upset. All I kept hearing was apologies. Even with the mistakes on my service contract, I still had to pay the restock fee of 125 total to return my items! There was nothing but deception from day one.
Fuck that store, fuck the manager, fuck that crappy service. Horrible service and they are extremely unprofessional! I am much happier with Verizon.
