Just came back from this Taco Bell. We always used to visit the Chipotle near by but today wanted to try out Taco Bell for the first time ever since we came to the USA in 2013. Had the worst customer experience. The fellow at the counter did not greet andnhis overall body language telling why are you even here! I am a vegetarian and wanted ask him about veg options. He was not helpful at all, I ended up ordering Cruchy Tacos with beans. If he was helpful, I had plans of ordering more. Not sure whats the reason, bias against certain people or too tired by 10PM. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell again. I would rather order from nearby Chipotle than see the guy at the counter again. If somebody from Taco Bell reads it, please ask the guy at the counter on 10−21−15, 9.45pm to be polite to people, some can be new customers.

They don’t ever have anything and make you wait for a really long time. Go somewhere else like mcdonalds. And if u really want tacobell just go to a different tacobell this one is not worth ur time

Just left this place without believing my eyes and ears. Understaffed and untrained personnel made this experience the WORST I have EVER experienced. The shift manager JANELLE a screaming order numbers from the kitchen and not even bringing it to the counter. The girl taking the orders at the register is new and very cordial, however, she was frazzled along with the young lady taking servicing the drive thru. Literally waited 25 minutes for my order and the manager proceeded to yell at me claiming it was my insult for bumping the order. Mind you, the line was already backlog he’d by the time I placed my order. When she complained about me to her coworker and I asked whether they were working on my order, she told me she wasn’t talking to me. I finally got fed up and asked for my refund. She credited my account after another 5 minutes if keeping me waiting and refused to give me a copy of the credit. I had to go back in and demand it. By the way, she did not credit me for 3 small drinks my kids had while we waited the exorbitant amount of time. I sincerely hope there are surveillance cameras in this branch and I will not step in this place again. Management has bigger problems than me, terrible working conditions for those in training and a terrible way to spend an afternoon with my kids. Great teaching moment though. I didn’t have an option for NOSTARS!

The food is ok for what it is… Service was ok. The drive through took forever ! That was one of the bad things.

For a Taco Bell, this place is alright. I’m never going to order a crunch wrap supreme($ 2.99) again because it is soggy, burned, or both somehow. On my last drive through visit I discovered that the chalupa supreme($ 2.39) is better than a crunch wrap. I’ve never had a problem with their Doritos tacos($ 1.49). The new breakfast items are too greasy for me. Overall, this is an okay option if you’re desperately hungry and too lazy to make food or stand in line at the nearby Chipotle. It’s not as cheap as you would think. Drive through service is surprisingly acceptable here. On the three or so occasions I’ve been here the drive through employees have been polite, always have told me my total, and thanked me.

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. My quesadilla, cheesy gordita crunch, and potato soft taco were all missing the sauce. The qursadilla barely had any meat in it. The soft tacos were extremely soggy and not packaged well. It was all gross. Not worth eating it. Never eating at this location again.

This Taco Bell was the first place I ever ate in Miami. True story. Had the worst flight experience ever planes yes I said multiple aircrafts ended up breaking and our 3 hour flight became 10 hours of travel and we landed at 2:30AM. This was the only place open at 3 on a Wednesday and seeing that sign and the lights on made the night a little better. Very reasonably the cashier was surprised when my dad and I pulled up to pay for our ridiculous order but since then this place is like a bad habit I can’t quit. Sometimes some thing you know is bad for you is the best thing for you. The food is good for what it is and it is the best hangover blocker in the world… except for not drinking in the first place. The staff is quick and the baja blast is amazing. Go to hangover cure: cheesy Gordita crunch and a baja blast. Please remember though, this is a hangover cure not a daily meal. Respect your arteries haha.

This place is great for a quick Taco-fix when Lime and Chipotle are closed.

This specific taco bell was alright. There has been a few times in which for some reason meat was completely forgotten from the burrito. Overall though, this taco bell has proven its main purpose to me, which has mainly been late night dining at a reasonable price!

The dorito taco loco is awesome! too bad the meat is obviously not such great quality, still tasty though. The service was okay and the cleanliness seemed good.

This is the closest Taco Bell to the Pinecrest/South Miami area… a taco bell like any other one. Today, the manager greeted us and opened the door for us here! Very nice!

«Desperation.» 1. The condition of being desperate. 2. Recklessness arising from despair. Coming back from the Canes game, I was in dire need of some food. As it was only 10:15, I figured I’d have options — but one by one, they fell like dominoes. Pizza Rustica was closed, inexplicably. Chilorios… I thought they were open until 11, but nope, closed. Sigh. Double back, mutter a few expletives, and pull into the T-Bell drive thru. What the hell is up with this menu, I hadn’t been here in a while. Don’t they just have ordinary burritos and tacos anymore? Everything’s Creamy! Cheesy!Ranchy! Even though I saw neither on the menu, I took a chance and ordered 2 regular soft tacos and 2 regular tacos. Wow, the dude actually understood what I was saying. Service surprisingly good. Food? Eh… well, again, I was desperate. The plain tacos are safe choices, though. And they are rather cheap, of course. Stick to those and you’ll be fine. There’s no way in hell I’d eat any of that creamy slop, no matter how desperate and hungry I might be. I’d sooner go outside with a flashlight, catch some palmetto bugs, and toast them over an open fire.

All I can say is manage your expectations for the drive thru after 2 am. I’ve come here many times for a midnight snack and I’ll be like«Hi, can I have a taco, beef, please?» and dude says«We’re out of beef.» WHAT! So I get some chicken-based product, and get to the window and request the Fire sauce and dude goes«We’re out of sauce.» What the hell? Why is this dude lying to me, saying Taco Bell is out of beef and fire sauce?

Ahhh South Miami Taco Bell… you’ve come a long way, baby. The angry employees that seemed as though freshly plucked from maximum security prison have been replaced by friendly and polite young men that don’t leave their shirts partially untucked and ACTUALLYSMILEATYOU. WHAT A CONCEPT. No longer do I brace myself for an unpleasant encounter with the disgruntled thug that would f-ck up even the most basic order and scowl at my no matter how sweetly I smiled and pleased and thank you’d his furious ass. As far as sitting down to enjoy those delicious quesadillas, I haven’t dined in for a while since the place was always a nasty dump, but the drive-thru staff has improved enormously. Hopefully, the owner will invest in sprucing the dining area up a bit, especially considering they are in one of the nicer parts of town.
