The food is fine but how about asking what size the drink is if the customer doesn’t mention it. Don’t play a guessing game here and let’s say we check and make sure the condiments are full.

Worst Taco Bell ever the Drive Thru line went all the way across the street I was like holy shot these people obviously don’t do fast food so anyway took an hour the line kept getting worse by the minute and finally I’m here ordered nachos asked for no tomatoes and they put it dumbfucks man. The staff is extremely rude and care less so I through the food away and went to a different Taco Bell so people drive down Killian to 137th and take 137th to Kendall and then you could see a new Taco Bell on Kendall Drive go to that one instead less packed and food is great go to that nearby location instead

The service has gotten a whole lot better here. Good thing they got rid of the useless people they had working here. The quesarito is pretty good btw. Try it, steak tho. Best part about coming here is that I live across the street from it. Too bad they don’t deliver lol. Cheers y’all !

Although I still like this Taco Bell more than others, ever since Alex & Carlos stopped working there (or possibly put on a different shift), the service & quality has gone a little downhill. They haven’t been there for quite some time, but recently I got annoyed. The people are still friendly (most of them) but its not as efficient & the food isn’t as fresh. Still a cut above other Taco Bells in my opinion, but the absence of EXCEPTIONAL employees is noticed. Womp womp.

I went to Taco Bell at 5:30 and they close at 6:00. There were employees inside they turned off all the lights to make it look like there was no one there. I saw 2 female employees inside and when they saw me they ran and hid. I went around the parking lot and turned off my lights. Then I saw them come out to the lobby with their cell phones. I come to this Taco Bell about 3 times a week with my buddies, so it’s a good $ 20.00 sale every time. This was Sunday September 8th around 5:00 am. Don’t know why I hope corporate does something about it. Its not the first time a Taco Bell plays this bullshit.

The food at the drive thru is always wrong whenever I order my Mexican pizza. They can never get the «no pizza sauce and add sour cream» the right way… it’s so frustrating. I might have to go back to the 117ave store even though it takes longer to get to cuz they get it right. Oh yeah and the cinnamon twist hardly ever have enough of the sugar they out on it. I’m giving them a rating of one because this is actually the fourth time they get it wrong. I have complained and they give me another pizza but that’s not the point. The point is that I can’t just go through the drive thru buy what I want for me and the family and go. I would have to get of the car to complain and it sucks.

Taco bell is well taco bell, Mexican fast food. This location, although busy, usually quick and friendly. Always get the order right and there is not mich of a wait. They have this Doritos locos taco that we wanted to try just because we love Doritos and it tasted just like a Doritos, tasty. We got the 5 $ box that also includes a regular taco and a burrito and a drink, not a bad deal. Location opens late if u get late night munchies. we come here occasionally however service has been consistently quick and friendly. Been inside to sit down on a occasion or two and the facility was clean. During weekdays afternoon u will find a lot of teens (2 schools nearby).

Really??? I feel this is the worst taco bell I have ever been to, & it’s not just once, this store is basically at the corner of my house, so I’ve been there quite a few times throughout the years. (at least they are consistent).
My last adventure there result in myself, as well as 4 or 5 other people asking for our money back. It had been 25 minutes, & there was still no sign of my 2 tacos!!! I mean, they don’t even have to cook them, they just have to assemble them. No doubt that it would of been faster to go to a sit-​down Mexican restaurant & order a meal. This place takes the «fast» out of fast food. And it’s always been been the same.
The dining room usually looks dirty, stuff on the floor & the soda machine always sloppy.
As much as taco bell is good for a quick fix, I really steer clear of this one.

Eventhough I gotta say that this is the first Taco Bell where a few times I actually got more food than I ordered — so that’s a plus :)
