The Buggy Doctor

Went to get a hub cap for a Jetta. I EMAILED, CALLED, and was advised by Sam that they had it. When I arrived Willy said they boys are out they will be back for a half hour. I waited everyone that arrived after me was taken car of. Then TWO hours later I was told they had just sold the last hub cap I was waiting for and they they no longer had any in stock. Don’t go HERE FOR PARTS. I went down the street to BRANIFS VW PARTS down the street and they had it it only took 30 secs to hand it to me. The rep there even put it on for me.

Had a problem with my 01 beetle no one could figure it out, until I came here. William and Carlito the technician ran the computer through it and problem found and fixed. The repair was done in a couple a hours and for a reasonable price. AWESOME no I can sell this shity car.

Buggy Doctor is a great option for VW’s, and much more affordable than the dealership. However, they could brush up on their customer service. They tend to keep you in the dark about the status of your car… you really need to be on top of them to get an answer. There have been times when I couldn’t pick up my car, B/​C they had closed. and no one bothered to call me to pick up my car. If they could improve on that type of thing, this place would be a perfect option!

My Jetta had a problem since November last year, I took it to another place that I have been going for years, and they just kept fixing stuff and making me buy parts and never fixed the problem. I went there as a last resource and they were very knowledgeable, immediately knew what was the problem. My car is working great!!! I highly recommend them. You need to be patient because they have a lot of customers and you will surely spend a lot of time if you need to wait for your car.

We have brought our VW passat to the buggy doctor numerous times and were satisfied every time. They are extremely knowledgable about cars and parts, and I’ve never felt like they were trying to up-​sell me. I went here when I first moved to Miami and my car began having major problems on my long drive from the midwest They diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time with a reasonable price. I trust them to accurately diagnose problems, and to fix them competently. They have even gone above and beyond to help me out when I was in a tough situation with my car, for which I am very grateful.
The only downsides are sometimes it is hard to get through on the phone to talk with someone, as they are very busy, and it is occasionally difficult to get something repaired quickly as they are sometimes overwhelmed with business.

Fantastic service from this garage. I’d been ripped off and lied to by various garages across Miami, Buggy Doctor fixed my VW Beetle on time and with a reasonable price.
Always popular, and often busy, they are open on Saturdays, but closed on Mondays.
