The Denimbar

3.5 stars for sure and possibly higher once I visit again. This lovely boutique just opened about two weeks ago, located directly behind the large Starbuck’s on 29^th and Biscayne Blvd. A friend at work told me about it so I popped in the other day. Very nice space, bright, clean, large for a boutique.
They have men’s Levi’s jeans for around $ 40, good selection. Ladies clothing, from pants, shirts, dresses, some great accessories and handbag’s. The men who own it were very nice. They told me they have a store in California and also DC. area. I checked out everything in the store. Some of the clothing is club wear, not the best quality but than as you keep looking they have some unusual item’s that are better quality. One thing that was a turnoff were the «Ed Hardy» hats everywhere. Seriously? People still purchase this crap.
I did find a pretty dress that was unique and two hair barrettes with feathers and bling. Yes feathers are the new trend, been seeing them around. The handbag’s were also very stylish. They gave me a 20% discount off my total sale as a Grand Opening discount.
Their prices were reasonable, and the owner’s were lugging in huge boxes of new merchandise as I was checking out. They said they will continue to bring in new merchandise often. I am looking forward to checking them out again. Here is hoping they get more of a selection of dresses and possibly Levi’s for women.
