Worse than Worse Torture Calling the Home Depot in Cutler Ridge to place and pay for an order is much worse an ordeal than water torture. It is my understanding that if Donald Trump is elected president he will change the laws so that convicted criminals are sentenced to call the Home Depot to place orders instead of going to conventional prisons, which will then be converted into low end Trump hotels, with construction materials purchased from Home Depot. Signed by Mark The Mark who spends half his life on the phone trying to place phone orders.

There is a huge difference from the morning and afternoon. I come to Home Depot anytime during the morning and the customer service and knowledge of the employees are excellent and very helpful. The evening shift isn’t helpful because they are no where to be found. Need more employees. I had to go back to Home Depot later that night for one piece of ply wood to be cut. Spoke to the Home Depot employee, and he said«I’ll be right back». An hour and 15 minutes no return. He was paged several times, and still nothing. I beginning to remember why I stopped going to Home Depot.

Waited. no one came to help. went to front desk twice… no one came to help. Finally stared so hard at the guy in paints that he came over and cut my lumber. This is a pass the buck Home Depot. If you have free time, this your place. If your time is valuable, this may not work for you

This used to be my fav HD, they recently told me that they no longer accept my military ID card(access card) for discount –as a member of the US Coast Guard Aux, a recognized branch of the armed services. It’s a shame as it’s close to my house, for large purchases I will now go to sunniland as they still offer the discount to military personnel.

Your standard average Home Depot. Not as friendly as the other Home Depot I have been to. Store is clean and parking lot is huge but set up kind of weird. Beware of the men standing around ready to jump in the back of your truck if you decide to slow down around them.

How can I complain, great prices and a good crew, the only downside is that sometimes there’s a wait for help due to alot of people.

Home Depot is your one stop shop for home improvement. They have everything here. For the most part the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. NOw I give them 3 stars because well I hate seeing all these damn people waiting to get scooped up by someone for work. I understand they are trying to make a living but its only a matter of time before they see a nice ipod in your car and pretty much help themselves to it. Desperate time equal desperate measures. ALso most of these guys are here illegally and well it makes my city look gross and poor. On top of that my tax dollars are paying their medical bill everytime they get drunk and do something stupid.(by the way that happens alot and I have proof) Thanks to these wonderful people Jackson is bankrupt and on the verge of shutting down. I know HOme Depot is not at fault for this but well it is their property and they should tell these fine folks to take a hike. I am not trying to be as ass but there is a ripple affect here. I am all about bettering oneself and leaving your oppressed country for a better life as long as its done the right way. By the way I am Cuban and I do not agree that they have different privileges than other people from other countries. It should be the same for all people.

By 7:30am on any given Saturday, it’s possible that I’ve made more trips here than an expectant mother with a urinary tract infection makes to the bathroom after a keg stand. In short, I’m familiar with this place. It’s your standard Depot. 99% of the time they have what I need. 100% of the time they have shit that I really don’t need, but I get it anyway because the price is too good and who knows, someday, something awful may happen that will require 10 rolls of electrical tape to repair. Then I will stand, beaming with pride over my 99 cents well spent. What’s nice at this store are the employees. They really are friendly and helpful. My most recent purchase was a grill/smoker. I bought it unassembled. Once home with the pieces strewn across the patio, I realized that one of the steel legs was split. This was not something that electrical tape could fix. When I returned to the store the lawn and garden manager passed me. He stopped turned around and asked if the grill was broken in yet. I told him broken was the key word. He tells me to follow him because he’s just finished putting one together. It’s mine if I want it and he’ll waive the assembly fee. To top it off another employee who was walking by with a sandwich in his hand proceeded to slip his lunch into his apron and offer to help lift the grill into my truck. I’d have offered them a beer but the keg was tied up again.

Not as good as the SW136 St(Sunniland) location. 1) There seems to be a nicer selection at the 136 location and the store seems a bit more rough around the edges. 2) There isn’t enough parking, and the parking lot is set up stupid. 3) It seems to be day-labor central. It kinda gives me the creeps. I mean, the line starts ½ mile a way down around the corner by US1. Sorry if its not PC, but I try not to look the homeless guys that come up to my car window in the eye either. They still have what I need, basically. So they are a strong 2, not a weak one.
