If you schedule spa services prepare to have your time wasted. Scheduling with them is a nightmare!

This place is amazing, it’s a beautiful house with parking in the front, pool in the back and some insane new machines I’ve never seen! My first class was today with Alejandro and he was very professional and knowledgeable. The class started on the «Cadillac», which was a first for me but it was all good because the instructor made sure I was doing everything right in order not to hurt myself, and ended on (my old friend) the reformer but with a couple of new exercises. I am a class pass holder and I will be back for sure! There is some fresh herb water and tea in the reception and the place is super neat and clean. A++++

I was visiting from New York and stumbled here using ClassPass– wish there was something as beautiful as this space with great classes in NYC– I highly recommend this to everyone in the Miami area. The classes range from Pilates reformer to dance and there is a beautiful pool area outside.

The class was decent but the front desk ladies had a snooty attitude and would not honor my girlfriend and I’s groupon which is for 10 classes. Yes it says on it «one per person» but that is groupon saying you can only buy one groupon at that rate not that only one person can use it. In that case it would say «valid one per visit». Their attitude was «we’re doing you a favor» I guess that’s how they deal with people where they’re from. Go to a friendlier place where they appreciate the business.

This place is TERRIBLE! Classes are mediocre and rooms are small. The last class I took barely had AC. The people in the front are pretentious, pushy and not helpful. They barely even have water there. There are so many other good places in Brickell area — go to one of them, not here. They are on ClassPass but shouldn’t be – not at all to the standards of a ClassPass studio.

In love with place. The place is so cute and clean. This place looks like it was a house, it’s so beautiful! This studio offers so many different classes; Pilates, zumba, yoga, ballet, and stretching! Not to mention, this studio has free parking, which is incredible in Brickell.
The classes are small and intimate, the max of amount of students are 6. This studio uses the Pilates reformer and the Pilates Cadillac AKA the trapeze table. I love the vibes that the whole studio has; so zen and peaceful. As newbie to pilates, my instructor Sabrina took the time to help me achieve all the moves correctly. She is such a sweetheart. I love the trapeze table because you are able to incorporate a full body workout. The only downside is that I am class pass member, and unfortunately can go 3x a month. Will be back soon!

I’ve been eyeing this place on classpass for months now and I finally decided on a 7am Pilates class. Why didn’t I come sooner? Such a pretty place! Parking is free and the place is easy to find since it is a big and beautiful white house. They just opened their doors back in January so everything is clean new and beautiful.
Inside is a little tight moving between a waiting area and the reception however I found it all very cute and homey. They had a table with ice water, a pot of coffee, and tea! Delia was the instructor and I believe she is also one of the owners. I filled out some paperwork, waited for the 6am to clear out and headed to the room.
The pilates room is also small, which I enjoyed because the classes can never be bigger than SIX people! There was the reformer machine which I am familiar with as well as a tall one with four poles which I can’t remember the name of. I have no core strength so I really suck at Pilates but I get such a good workout I try to stick to good studios and instructors. Delia has fun, informative and hands on which really helped me perform the workout correctly. I did not leave drenched in sweat but, I’m pretty sore so it’s a good workout imo. Everything had such a good vibe, I’m definitely returning!

Had an ashiatsu massage by Katia that was incredible!!! Being stepped on never felt so wonderful til I experienced this massage. I will absolutely be back when I’m in town! Katia is extremely talented and wants to help put her clients tension at ease. She does just that. I will definitely be back on my next visit. Might give the bamboo massage a try and a reformer Pilates class looked interesting.

I’m home! I don’t have enough good things to say. Firstly, this place was an actual HOUSE (more like a mansion) at one point in time, complete with a driveway and a full yard + a terrace and a pool with multiple bedrooms that have been converted to studios + tiled bathrooms/​showers. And free parking, phew. Secondly, the female owners are so incredibly warm and relatable — there’s no snobbery here. You come as you are, you leave toned and happy. There’s children running around, there’s a little dog dressed in a t-​shirt and pants, there are snacks, there is tea, and honestly I feel like I could just go there and chill for the day and feel welcome. I’ve tried both their mat pilates and reformer pilates as well as yoga and am thoroughly impressed with all of their instructors + classes. They have ALL sorts of classes: dance, meditation, African dance, etc. Sometimes classes are even held outside which is incredibly refreshing. I also discovered their gem: a myofascial release massage therapist who, for the first time in my life, left me pain-​free after a session. I’m so in love with this place.

Absolutely phenomenal!
As a professional athlete I love a challenge. However, for years I have stayed away from Pilates because of a complete lack of knowledge. I didn’t see a benefit, but that was because I was ignorant to what it means to have a truly efficient body.
I stepped into the house of movement for a 7:30 class and was greeted very warmly by my teacher Sabrina. This woman knows her stuff and I must say she is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend a class or one on one session with her. She is very knowledgable, but what tops her knowledge is her excellent way of describing and demonstration.
I am very in shape and have been looking to build my body more from the inside then from the esthetic outside. She got straight to the meat of the workout and got me sweating! As I told her the areas I looked to improve… deep glute, shoulder flexibility and deep core strength she tailored the class personally for me… that shows me talent. Most teachers have a routine and it’s not always easy to work in new things especially while teaching the class, Sabrina did this and I was impressed.
The house of movement is high on my recommendations of places to train. It offers yoga, dance, Pilates and massage and I will certainly be back for more.

Amazing place, great instructors and wonderful people. I feel like I’m at home. Love the late pilates classes at 8:30 pm, very convenient for me after work. Delia and Alejandro are very professional and welcoming, Monique is just superb! I’m also starting loving yoga (used to hate it, because made me sick) but Alison found the way to avoid that, everything here is very personalized even if is a group class. Just love this place!

I really like this place! I’m a class pass member and originally I was extremely intimidated going to the Pilates reformer class because some studios aren’t good for newbies like me to reformer and the instructors kind of ‘judge’ you because you’re not very good at it (like me). Thankfully this place wasn’t like that, which is why I’m giving it a good review.
The equipment is very clean and new and it’s a huge studio, I actually think it was like a huge house in its prior life haha. The one thing I was like ehh about was that in the 7am reformer class that I took, I didn’t sweat at all and I wasn’t sore the next day, it was more of a calming yoga class where you leave refreshed rather than physically exhausted… Which that’s totally okay, I just wasn’t expecting being refreshed and rejuvenated after the class, still thinking that I needed to workout MORE, I was expecting sweat and soreness. Now, that’s just how Pilates reformer classes are, they’re a slow process, benefiting what you can’t really see right away. With all of that being said, I’m going to go back and use all my class pass classes because I loved the studio and I loved the reformer class and how refreshed I felt … For the future I just know that if I want more of a workout I can just go run after or do a second workout somewhere else.

This is a very unique studio that has leading edge training technques including gyrotonics, pilates and my new favorite yoga technique — Yoga Nidra. Highly recommend this boutque training and wellness center and definitely recommend trying Melissa’s yoga classes. Beautiful gym. Excellent, fun and profesional personnel. Super fun classes. A great experience. Love their zumba classes.

Family atmosphere, group lessons feel like private lessons. The instructors care, and really push forward to improving the clients posture, balance, and strength. Love and prosper!

This is the third place I have been to for Pilates Reformer classes and one of many exercise studios I have visited with ClassPass. I went to The House of Movement for a Pilates Machine class.
It is impressive to me that it is a Pilates, dance and other workout studio in its own building directly in Brickell with a good sized parking lot in the front of the building. When you walk in and go to the left there is a small reception area, along with flavored water and tea selections. It looks like there are at least four rooms for exercise classes and perhaps even more rooms than that. As I recall, all of the rooms have wood type flooring.
We went to a room far to the north part of the building. That room has six Pilates reformer machines and six machines for which I don’t know the name (it is tall, with four posts and bars along the top). Having been to pilates reformer classes at two other studios in the past I was not sure to expect — I have taken very relaxing Pilates Reformer classes that provide soothing, low intensity exercise and I have taken some pretty hardcore classes where everyone is sweating and you feel like you got an amazing workout. Both are great in there own ways.
The Pilates Machine class at The House of Movement is more like the former. It is slow paced and relaxing, but not very challenging. That said, it seems to be meant to tone and could increase with difficulty as the teachers get to know you more and increase resistance.
Our male teacher we had was very nice and made sure to go around throughout the class to correct our form. Overall, I enjoyed the class and will go back.
The second time I went I thought it was even more slow paced than the first. I wore my Fitbit and, even though I told it to track the class, it did not sense any change in heart rate so it didn’t log the hour of exercise. This Pilates Reformer class basically is good when you would have taken a day off but want to stretch and do a little toning.

I LOVE this place! From the moment you walk in you feel like your entering your house. The facilities are beautiful and tranquil. As you approach the door you have a beautiful sitting area where you can have coffee or tea. You are then greeted by the friendly staff. As you make your way to the outside area, it is so zen and beautiful where they have a pool, hammocks and a juice bar, where you can relax after or before your class. They also have these beautiful Tower Gardens where they grow their own herbs and vegetables. They are all about eco-​friendly. All their equipment is brand new. Each of the studios where the classes are held are kept clean. I love that all there classes are small group settings so the instructor is able to focus on you. They offer 150 classes a week and a variety to choose from, like belly dancing, Zumba, functional Crossfit, Pilates machine and mat, yoga just to name a few. With an environment like this, the dreaded working out becomes something you look forward to!
