Terrible customer service. Also, the detail for their plating is very poor. One more thing, they served me room temperature whipped cream which is a food safety liability being that after certain degrees (+41 degrees Fahrenheit) bacteria starts growing. They do not care for anything in this location or so it seems. Our waiter just snapped chatted away in a corner socializing. Do not come here. Go to Peppers Mexican Grill instead which is across the street! Much better food and better workers there! (0 stars not 1 $

I keep giving these people the benefit of the doubt and they keep letting me down like my cheating ex girlfriend. They have the slowest service I have ever seen, I time how long it takes my meal to come out and it has never been less than 20 minutes. I have seen autistic kids learn to to physics faster than they serve. It’s actually crazy. I feel like they go to a village in Venezuela to get my damn food. oh And the water looks like it’s straight out of Flint Michigan. These South Americans need to go back to there damn country.

Had a horrible experience. Waited over an hour for my food, it was a Tuesday night and there was only 2 other people sitting at tables waiting to eat. The only good thing was that the waiter brought out a free appetizer without us saying anything. Other than that we waited way to long for the food we got.
Once the food arrived it was nothing pleasing. 1) it was way over price and we ended up paying $ 26 for two plates and 1 empanada. And they include service charge in the check. 2) the food was as greasy as could be. The amount of grease prevented me from finishing the plate and I was only able to finish a small part.
This would not be my first choice in places to go.
I will say the free appetizer of tequeños and the empanada were good.
Other than that, the other plates were not worth the wait, hassle, or money.

This place is horrible! If you’re looking for fast/​good this is DEFINITELY not the place to go. We waited over an hour to get an order of empanadas, 2 burgers and macitas. When we got the burgers the meat was burnt, the macitas were straight out the can! And the empanadas were overfried! Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.

Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Not busy, test still took an hour to get a burger and fries. They are understaffed and poor. Seemed friendly, but would never go back. Even if nothing else was open and I was extremely full! Would be a perfect place to order, nap, and get your food. Not recommended.

Today I order my food around 4’o’clock and my estimated delivery was supposed to be around 5:25, I called at 5:25 the restaurant the girl told me that the food up it’s just coming out and it was about to leave the restaurant I asked her why was my food just coming out she said to me lady you’re not the only one ordering here and she hang up on me I called again and I asked her why was my food just coming out if I was supposed to get the deliver by 5:25 she hang up on me again I got hung up twice and I called the third time and I told her to never hang up on a customer because it was very rude I waited for my food for two hours when it got here it was completely cold and my shake was not the right way they made it with water not with milk I called again and they told me to wait to the manager get here at 7 o’clock I asked her if they could just send me a new one which they did I literally waited three hours for my food when it got her it was completely cold I have not enjoy my food I threw both my food away this has been the worst experience ever had with Munchie I’ve always order from them and every time I get there food it’s completely cold from all the times I’ve ordered from them I’ve only gotten one nice warm food once and only once I have waited and nothing less than 45 minutes for my food besides that everything I’ve ordered from them it’s been over an hour or two hours wait which is ridiculous they need to tighten up in the customer service

Ordered for delivery. Girl couldn’t understand me when taking my order. Order was wrong. Food was cold. Lemonade had black specs throughout it.

The food was eh. But what is worse is the service. The waitress was rude and would walk away as I was talking to her.

I ordered long time ago from this restaurant and I was disappointed because the flavor of the food, i know it’s late night fast food restaurant but I think they sale food just to make business than to get customers happy trying their food,. I ordered one more time because I was hungry and I said lets give them another chance. Unfortunately was worst. Pincho de carne and beef Burguer. Meat was old, ugly, smelling bad, I felt like eating a gum, but a hard gum, not even my dog ate it.

Food is decent. Service is good. Alright spot to go after the clubs. You won’t love or hate it. It is just a blip on the Brickell radar. One great thing is that if you are real hungry this spot is perfect for VERY quick grill service. I was amazed.

Do not ever order delivery from this place. They will lie about the time and then get annoyed when you call and check the status on it. They seem to lack communication skills with their staff. They told me 30 minutes and was almost 2 hours, every time I called they gave me the «right around the corner speech». Food is known to be good there but the service SUCKS !

Food is fantastic 9 out of 10 times and it’s impossible to have a problem with their hours. Last 2 times it has taken over 90 minutes to Get my delivery and they always say food is on way.

The food was barely edible. I ordered the steak sandwich & it was disgusting and the meat was of very poor quality. Additionally the kitchen was open for all to see — and very dirty. The cook didn’t even use gloves to handle the food. The prices were low but I could see why. Not likely to return.

Just left this place. Walking in and hearing the seated customers complaining and just asking for boxes to go should have been a hint. Service was terrible. The waitress you can tell is embarassed to even give her face to the customers. It was a party of 3. Ordering a simple meal. Appetizer came out LAST lol and two of the meals came out about 30 minutes before the last meal with the app. Burgers were ok. The quesadilla… which is chicken and cheese was terrible. Served with old lettuce and sour cream from a packet. When the menu says pico de gallo. All in all… this place was just a mistake. Really bad :-/

9:21pm sat down to order
9:25pm our order is taken 1postobon soda one chicken burger. 1 cup of water and an arepa burger.
10:00pm I ask the waiter about the order he says it is coming right out.
10:20pm I see my waiter eating a burger the chef gave him.
10:30pm I ask again about the order they bring me a small chicken burger. My girlfriends arepa burger will be right out. I ask for the manager.
10:35pm manager comes and apologizes and as if to demonstrate he is fixing the problem speaks strongly to the waiter in front of us and informs me that the meal is free.
10:40pm arepa burger comes my girlfriend tells me the arepas are cold. I check they are cold. We left and never want to return no matter how hungry. I in good conscious Do not recommend this place to anyone. Never eat here

I ordered a bandeja paisa for delivery and it was really disappointing. The only things I could it were the rice and the egg. The rest was awful. The steak was too hard and tasteless. I also ordered an empanada and it was so greasy. This was my first and last time ordering food with them.
Oh! Btw: their menu reads one price but the charge another totally different.

I’ve ordered from them 3x now. The 1^st time it was good but not great. The 2^nd time it was mediocre at best, I thought mane it was a new chef. The 3^rd and final time was the last straw! The food they delivered to my door was absolutely horrific. I called back as soon as I received the order (no answer). Then I call the next day and they refuse to REPLACE MY ORDER NOR GIVE MY MONEY BACK. Please save yourself the time and money !

Went here because it was kind of empty thinking it was going to be quick stop. Took about 30 minutes to get my light meal, was not even a hamburguer and it was just me plus 2 more tables and 2
Waitresses , 15 were probably empty tables. Service was really bad, no one came to tell me what was going incwith my food. I was sure that i was not gonna leave a tip but was included so whatever, paid with a $ 20 bill and went to the bathroom thinking my change was going to be on the table by the time i was back from the bathroom, well it wasnt, i guess the waitress really thought i was gonna leave all my change after such of horrible service, got my change after 5 minutes waiting and left. Food was ok. This was a sunday evening.

Did not even eat there and I never will. The owner has no respect for anyone especially his neighbors. He is very rude and extremely unwelcoming.
Went for a quick coffee about 2 min to tinta y café next door and parked in his extremely empty parking lot. He saw us walk from our car and instead of giving us a heads up before he called the tow trucks, he let us just go next door. When I headed back to my car a couple minutes later he told me he called the tow trucks.

Then he proceeded to threaten me and scream vulgarities at me and my girlfriend.
By the way I very much recommend tinta y café their food and drinks are great and they have a great staff working there.

I have to agree that the service here is pretty spotty. I popped in here for a «to go» lunch on Saturday. There was only one table occupied. I made my order, paid, and waited. While waiting 2 other patrons came in. Somehow, both of those parties ended up with their food before I did. Kind of weird, but whatever. Anyway, I waited about 25 minutes for food that should have taken maybe 10 minutes to prepare.
The menu is almost identical to the more well known La Moon down the street. I am not the person to discuss whether or not this is «authentic» Columbian food or not. I don’t know. I do know that, to me, the food at La Moon is a probably a little better even if a little pricier. There is no question as to who has the better service. Bottom line is this is serviceable food, but nothing overly amazing.
