I’ve been coming to the parlour for years now. I’ve done laser hair removal and sometimes I sometimes do threading and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Audrey is truly the best. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing staff and services. Was able to get a quick laser hair removal treatment plus a massage. Audrey is a true professional and very hospitable. Love this place and will definitely be coming back.

I’m obsessed with eyelash extensions and have been lucky to find really good technicians (from Unilocal), but had to drive far to their locations, then I found The Parlour’s new listing, saw it was close to my home and booked a session. Debbie didn’t disappoint! She’s amazing and truly talented in her craft… They looked beautiful and perfect, She put me to sleep, that’s how good she is, I’m seeing her again in 2 weeks for sure! The place is very nice, smelled great as I walked in, It was a very relaxing session, highly recommend it.

I was reluctant to try laser hair removal because I’d tried it in two other places and saw little to no results. A friend of mine recommended Audrey at the Parlour. She said I wouldn’t regret it and she was right. I have seen such progress!!! They use only state of the art equipment and this is important because not everyone does. Audrey really knows what she’s doing too. I couldn’t be happier with the service at The Parlour. I’d recommend them to anyone who was thinking of having their eyebrows threaded, needed a facial or laser hair removal.

I would definitely recommend Audrey! I have done laser in other places and had pretty much no results. I started doing sessions with her, and it has been the best thing ever! She is professional and super sweet! Seriously you will love her!

I absolutely love this place! Audrey is amazing. Ive done, so far, 5 sessions of lazer hair removal on full legs and face. I shopped around and no one beats Audreys prices. She’s is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and like everyone says she does amazing eyebrows! !!! Ive done both threading and wax both perfection! Ive done the Hydrafacial and will never have a regular facial again. I found her on Facebook and so glad I did, she has a new forever client :). Oh and not to mention the place is absolutely gorgeous. There is always parking, which is such a big deal to me, and she is very punctual with her appointments. I was referred to Audrey thru a friend of mine who has absolutely damn perfect eyebrows.
I had never done threading and decided to give it a shot since waxing for me is a no. I use acne medication that doesn’t mix well with wax. I am so so so so happy with my eyebrows! My friends noticed the difference right away and I even had some random person say «I love your eyebrows!»
Its very hard for me not to pluck or trim but Audrey told me to wait 3 weeks and come back and I’m on week 2, it’s well worth the wait and I’m stoked to go back! Haven’t touched one hair! Ha!

I’m going on my last session of laser hair removal… I’m pleasantly surprised at the results I have gotten thus far! I’ve gone from having to shave my dark coarse embarrassing hair daily, to not having to shave at all — only to get rid of the soft, blonde «fuzzy» unnoticeable hairs, if I choose to. Being that I chose to go «Brazilian» style, I was a bit hesitant at the comfort level I would experience. Audrey, the owner, is extremely sweet, and somehow makes the «awkwardness» quite comfortable! I’m soooo thankful that I came to The Parlour, it has definitely simplified that area of my life!!!

This place should be called happy hour! I made an appointment for a massage and they were also able to work in a hydrating facial! The service was great, the staff is amazing.
The hydrating facial is great. Perfect for the Miami seasons. After exposing my face all summer to the elements of the beach and i use high end facial products this facial made my skin feel and look younger. Now i am hooked. I will definitely go back.

Love love love this place! From the moment you walk in, you are going to get great service. I have been getting my MINK lashes from Nancy now for a month and I’ve become so obsessed with the amazing way she does her magic with the lashes! You won’t be disappointed! I am a forever client.

I just had my third massage with Araly and as usual she does not disappoint. I always feel super relaxed and refreshed after an hour with her. My mom and I always look forward to our appointment days. I’ve had a lot of massages before, and she is the best! If you go to her you’ll see for yourself how amazing you feel afterward.

This Place is my favorite medical spa. The owner Audrey could not be more personable and she always greets guests with a smile.
The location is perfect and there is always plenty of parking.
I have been doing my eyebrows with Audrey for years and there is no one better then her! My eyebrows did not have a shape when I first met Audrey and now I get constant compliments on their shape.

I love this place! The owner, Audrey, does an amazing job on my facials and eyebrows (I always get compliments on my eyebrows). I used to hate getting facials before because people would be so aggressive, but Audrey was very gentle.
I’ve done facials twice at this parlour, and I can already see results. I suffer from really bad blackheads/​acne. Majority of it has disappeared. My skin has improved a lot.
Also, I started using their facial products. It’s specifically for my skin type (oily), and it leaves my skin very smooth.

You’ll find the best laser to reduce fine lines, remove hair, improve skin texture… and great customer service.
I met Audrey, the owner, a couple of years ago. As you can tell from my picture, I have «ethnic» skin so I dicussed with her my concerns about laser hair removal. She listened attentively and explained to me how the laser interacts with the skin and put me at ease. (I had seen a friend of mine scarred by another laser hair removal center and I was nervous that the same would happen to me.) Audrey’s disposition was extremely professional and patient.
How about the results of my first session at The Parlour? I am thrilled! The laser wasn’t as painful as other lasers used at other med spas. Audrey’s technique was precise, I didn’t feel discomfort. The process didn’t leave any scars, just baby smooth skin. «Bye, bye» to unwanted hair, bleaching and waxing.
