If you are looking for new blinds or curtains, this is the place to go! Their customer service is A+. I emailed them first after finding them online and was specifically looking for a place that carried Hunter Douglas brand. Jessica reached out to me within a day or two via email. I then made an appointment to come in. She helped me find the color I wanted and suggested something called «de-​light» which blocks out the light on horizontal blinds, where there are usually little holes. I’m so glad I went with her recommendation! Jazz came to our condo and took measurements (super professional). Within a few weeks the blinds came in and the installers were here to put them up. Let me tell you… it’s not easy to find professional and courteous people these days but this crew was on point! They were careful, covered the floor with a drop cloth, made no mess, hunt the blinds perfectly, stayed for a bit after they were up to go over how they work, re-​checked everything a few times. Shortly after that, Jessica followed up and reminded me that if I have any trouble or if I ever need anything repaired, just give them a call. These blinds have totally changed the look of my condo, leaving clean lines, a more modern feel and the ability to now block light or open them and let the sun pour in. The color is beautiful and for Hunter Douglas real wood blinds — the price was extremely fair and the cost of having them do the install was so worth it. If you are ordering blinds from them — there is absolutely no question — HAVE THEM DO THE INSTALL! you will not be sorry. I wish this business tons of luck and if they keep up this level of customer service and quality products, they surely won’t need it. Thank you «THE PERFECT SHADE AND SOUND». My husband and I ordered our automated shades and drapes from here and couldn’t be happier, I referred this company to a few friends of mine and they are all equally happy. We dealt with Ivette initially for all our motorized shades. We then met the owner Jazz who was a pleasure to work with. We ended up redoing our automation system with them and it came out better then we could have ever imagined. Great customer service !!!

Do not use this place. I went to the store and met Ivette and made an appointment for her boss to come to my house. His name is Jaz. Jaz never showed up. I called and she said she would find out why. She never called back and when I tried to call back they never answered again. Probably caller id my phone and just never picked up. obviously, not a reliable or responsible place.

I have had a very positive experience with the perfect shade. Several years ago they helped choose a beautiful drape for our loft apartments 2 story window and bedroom, and they have been responsive and are currently very helpful in assisting with the process of moving the drapes to another apartment.
