The Primal Diet

Same with employees working illegally and worst they have no time to eat followed until they end it all day, it’s time for someone to put an end to this.

BEWARE!!! I too was ripped off by The Primal Diet. I ordered from this place after a friend referred me to this delivery company after having an unpleasant experience with another paleo food delivery company.
The owner of this business, Jeanette Rodriguez, goes to my friend’s crossfit gym and I thought it was a legit business. Well, I wish I would have read the previous reviews prior to giving Jeanette my credit card number and address. She disappeared after charging me. I’ve tried to contact her through text (the business number is her cell phone) and calls at all times of the day from my cell, office number, and coworkers’ cell numbers but there is no response.
I had to call my credit card company and explain what happened in order to receive a refund. I told my credit card company what occurred to the other Unilocaler who stated they were charged a second time and they sent me a new credit card just in case she tries to charge anything else to the card. I will also be filing a complaint against the Primal Diet Plan with the Better Business Bureau.

This service is a rip off!!! Buyer beware! I purchased a groupon for this diet and was really looking forward to starting. After purchasing, I visited the website and tried to create an account but was having trouble, plus, there was nowhere on the site to enter the groupon and I didn’t want to be charged the full rate. So, I called the number and got some woman’s voicemail (apparently her cell phone). After calling several times, the woman finally answered and said that she was driving and couldn’t take down my information, but would call me back in a few minutes and she would help me get started with the meal delivery. She never called back. I called several times and left several messages, she never answered again, or called me back. I even tried to go to the address listed of the business, but it is a housing development and there is no home or business at that exact address. I got ripped off. I called groupon and reported her and got a full refund. I have since gone with another service (Deliver Lean) and got excellent service.

Was charged about $ 1300 for 8 weeks. At the end of the 8 weeks we received a letter saying that our plan had been cancelled (which we requested) but then we were charged another $ 700. That’s $ 1000 per month. That’s not at all what we were quoted. My husband asked for a refund of the extra $ 700 and received a cryptic response about charging us for 3 weeks. Buyer beware! We are still waiting on the refund!
