The UPS Store

I’ve only been here twice and each time I received exceptional service! The young man behind the counter is always working with a smile and acknowledges every single customer that walks in. I wish I knew his name, so I could give him credit, but he’s the young man who can say three phrases in Portuguese.
Quick & friendly service, I’d definitely recommend this UPS Store to anyone!

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a customer for over a year (I have a mailbox with them). Jimmy and Umberto are top notch guys who make my day better just with their hello. I drop off packages daily at this location and they are quick to scan them in, check my mailbox, and get me out the door so I can get on with my business. During the holiday months they are patient & hard workers. I’m so grateful I found this exceptional UPS store!

This ups store is totally clueless and unreliable. Count on long lines when you step thru the door because the staff are morons, slow witted, delusional and if you call out these issues with the owner Ismael Hernandez Jr. He will terminate you contract with no refund. So if you like a pathetically run Ups store, enjoy enduring long waits before being helped by a incompetent stooge, lost packages, delusional ownership (Ismael Hernandez Jr) then this store is for you!

Top notch service, not only do I go to them for all my shipping needs, I also have a box there, the place is walking distance from my house and the guys running the show are great.

Excellent service.
I was in a rush trying to A MILLION and ONE things done on my way home, and as I drove by, I saw this store so I decided to run in quickly.
As I walked in, I was greeted by a gentlemen who was pleasant and immediately asked me how he could be of assistance. I explained to him what I needed, and he walked me over to the counter. He made sure all of my packages were secure and ready to ship. I also needed 100 copies of a handout I made, so he asked the other employee to assist me with those to ensure I was done quickly without wasting additional time.
In less than 7 minutes overall, I was all set. Packages ready, and copies in hand.
Not only were the employees friendly and pleasant, they made sure that every customer that walked in behind me was greeted and asked them to wait a few seconds for assistance.
If there’s one thing I LOVE is awesome customer service. I enjoy when employees truly enjoy the work they do. This is my go-​to UPS Store from now on.

This is officially my favorite UPS store!!!
Have you ever called a store and have someone pick up the phone after hours and when you ask until what time they are open, they answer «I closed 15 minutes ago, but I am finishing up some stuff and will be here for another 20 minutes;if you need to come, you can.» I couldn’t believe my ears. Usually 15 minutes before a store is closing employees already have the doors closed. Humberto was very nice and helpful. I will definitely return to this store. Service was excellent and the rate I received here was cheaper than the rate Fed Ex quoted me for the package I was sending.

(In old man’s voice) Back in my day, we had to walk fifteen miles, up hill, both ways, to get to the nearest post office box to make a shipment across the country. and then the pony express would only pick up on prime numbered days that didn’t end in «Y» on odd number days.
This store is convenient. When you have options of UPS, USPS, and Fedex; my primary choice is UPS due to their convenient shipping distribution center. The employees are VERY friendly and helpful. I’ve used this store so many times, they recognize my face and probably starting to learn my name.
Pro Tip: The daily pickup is at 6:00 PM, so get your packages in before then!
Bottom Line: No better option in the area.

This is an update to my last post written on 9÷12÷10. The owner of this operation worked everything out for me. It was a misunderstanding on both of our parts and he was patient and considerate of my frustration at the moment. I actually renewed my service agreement and enjoy the convenience of everything they offer. I am very satisfied and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a personable and convenient location for mail services.
