I love it since I get some of my medicine here and it’s great that I do the staff is friendly and is behind On the Border it’s great.

I come here quite a bit. The staff is pretty friendly but there is this one woman, american (yes that detail stands out here in miami) who was super helpful to me in finding what i needed. I will def say the service here (in fact the service at any vitamin shoppe i’ve been to) is better than ANY GNC i’ve been to in kendall. At GNC there’s usually one person there who doesn’t speak english very well, and doesn’t ever know what the hell i’m talking about. Not helpful at all. But this vitamine shoppe and also the one on kendall and 162ish ave, are very good.

This store tends to run low on vitamins. I really don’t like coming here half the time because no one knows what I’m talking about for a vitamin store. I wish they trained they’re staff better to answer questions or locate things. I try calling ahead to see if they have the vitamin I’m looking for. And the person had no idea what I’m talking about. I tired explaining it to her and nothing. I doubt she even looked in the computer.
