My son is 4 and autistic at the age of 18 months he was diagnosed with Pervasive Developmental Disorder which is part of the autism spectrum disorder. At 2 years old he started speech and occupational therapy and starting attending a special needs school, by the age of 3 he was in the public school system and at the age of 3 he started ABA therapy at Therapeutic Behavioral Assessment thats where we met Dr. Harry Damus. Dr. Harry is a «licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Pervasive Developmental Disorders and Adults with mild to severe behavior problems.» My son has been having therapy 6 hours a week for the last year with Dr. Harry and the progress he has made has been very noticeable. My son Nicolas is non verbal but, now with the help of Dr. Harry he is being able to say a few words like book, ball, iPad, open, apple, juice, fan etc also, his meltdowns have slowly been decreasing with the dr.‘s help… to me its been just a blessing that Dr. Harry was put in our path. I am extremely grateful of all his hard work, patience, and the dedication he has for helping these children in need. Therefore, if anyone is looking for ABA Therapy for their child, nice, nephew, grandchild, etc please call this office you will thank me later.
