NO STARS! I had a 10:00am appointment this morning in which I arrived at 9:40. It is now 12:17pm and I have only had my vitals checked! Absolutely ridiculous. The staff is incompetent and utterly unconcerned with efficiency and being prompt. What is the point of making an appointment? I know customer service is nonexistent in Miami but this is absolutely absurd! 3 hours wait time with no doctor in sight.
