This liquor store is located right off of coral way and 57th ave so it is very convenient. Parking is right out front and they always have spots available. They have a good selection of liquor and I also like that they have coolers with wines and beers available. Best of all they always have my favorite wine Paco & Lola in stock. Prices are cheap and they usually always have a tasting of some kind going on. Not bad for a quick liquor run. Also they have kegs for cheap.

This place used to be my go-to liquor store. However, my last(and final) visit, they decided they would close 15 minutes early on a SATURDAYNIGHT. As they were locking up, they told me, and two other cars that had just pulled in, that they were closed. A liquor store closing 15 minutes early on a Saturday night is completely unacceptable.

Every time I visit Tio’s Liquors I always walk out with everything I need(and sometimes more– lol). Bottles of wine, vodka, rum, and other types of alcohol are all sold here and are very reasonably priced.

A great selection in a surprisingly small space. I was recently able to pick up a bottle of Macallen 15 Year old Oak Aged for $ 70, anout $ 15 less than what I would have paid for it in jersey. A nice selection of Prosecca and Champagne adorn one of the cold cases, and they even have a nice selection of Ports. Yes, pleant of beer, Southern Comfort, and Jack, but also the higer end stuff to take as a gift.

Tio’s was always the go-to spot if you were in high school and needed a keg. I’m many years removed from needing that but I supposed that old habits die hard and that deal is still available.

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Tio’s Liquors multiple times in my youthful days, but never had the great experience I recently had. I walked in at the last minute looking for some good, inexpensive wine for a party. I was immediately greeted by the owner, who proceeded to ask various questions about the types of wines I normally drink, what my price range was, who I was purchasing the wine for and how many people would be attending this soirée. He pulled out four different wines, one was a little beyond what I wanted to spend, but he recommended I take this one home, it was a $ 20 bottle and he thought that I would really enjoy it. When I went up to the register I was trilled to find that they were running a special, first wine is full price, second is 10% off, third is 15% off. Obviously the full price one is the most expensive, but regardless the«sale» was great. Everyone at the party truly enjoyed the wines that I brought. I even have to say that since that trip every liquor store I have gone into I have looked for the $ 15 bottle, but have yet to find it. It was one of the best Cabs I have ever had, and at $ 15 I was very happy. It pleased me to find an owner who is knowledgeable about his business and won’t try to up sell you. He did give me the $ 20 bottle, but he was right and the bottle was incredible. I am an avid wine drinker and it always makes me happy to find inexpensive wines that are delicious. Thank you Tio Liquors for having good a «sale» plus having wines that are priced well. I will have to go back soon to find the Cab with the bicycle!

Not a bad spot, but make sure you’re free from canine allergies before you hit it up. We were directed to this store by their website, surfing the web for a place where i could find hard cider. Their website boasted a vast selection of bottled beer. The reality wasn’t quite as impressive — only one brand of cider. Lots of different wines though. But the cashier(possibly the owner) was really nice. And as an added bonus, he had a yappy little chihuahua. He was an adorable little pooch, but wouldn’t stop barking from the moment we came in. That could potentially be a problem, if there were any more than two customers in the place … and if they didn’t like dogs. Of course, we do, so we didn’t mind. They also sell the dirty martini mix we love, so we’ll likely be back. But I don’t know if I’d drive there just for cider — there has to be a place closer to my house that carries Strongbow, dammit!
