Todd Miller, This N’ That Fixed

Called this vendor, number’s no longer inn service. Oh well.

When the ceilings of my house crumbled to the floor due to a roofing issue, it seemed that getting the repair done was going to be a long and expensive project.
Todd came to work and got me into my house quickly. Since then, he’s come back to do several other projects to the same effect — good work at a fair price. Bottom line — he’s the real deal.

For someone that lacks repair skills (me), a handy man can have a dramatic effect on your quality of life. We are downright grateful that we were put in touch with Todd through a family friend.

In my opinion the three most important qualities to have in someone you hire for a job.
In the past he has done plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, drywall and stucco work. We’ve been happy with everything he’s done.
There have been jobs that he has flat out told us he’d rather not do due to lack of experience. Honesty like this is hard to find.
Upfront you should know he isn’t a guy you hire out of a home depot parking lot, so don’t expect to pay him as such.
