Top That Yogurt

I really wanted to like this place, but before I go anywhere I read reviews. I have to say I agree that the owner does NOT like being here. He was nice enough to us, but didn’t smile or say thanks for coming or come again soon. We watched a younger mother with her toddler ask for some cups to try the flavors and he literally ROLLED HIS EYES at her. Not cool, man. I live next door but I’d rather drive 10 more min and go to a yogurt spot that wants customers to be there, not this place.

Love this place. It is clean and the girls that work there are friendly and polite. Come here 3 times a week. Best yogurt ever.

It saddens me that I feel compelled to give this establishment such alow rating.
The guy behind the counter (owner?) was rude.
Very rude.
When I came in and asked to try flavors, he reluctantly handed me two sample mini cups.
When I said that it was my first time here, and could I try some more, he gave me a «look,» and handed me two more. At that time, I felt obliged to say that I would be placing an order, but needed to decide on the flavors.
I also ordered a cortadito, in case he did not believe my intentions.: O
I also asked how to sign up for rewards, as a friendly gesture.
Nothing.
Not a smile.
Not a thank you.
Not a thank you for trying our yogurt, please come again.
Nothing.
No matter how good this frozen yogurt might be, it’s not worth dealing with such horrendous customer service.
I won’t be back.

Variety of flavors. My favorite is the chocolate because it’s creamy and doesn’t feel watery like the typical frozen yogurt. My boyfriend loves the hazelnut which I’ve tried and is also very creamy. Those two flavors are labeled as the «gelato» type and they’re probably the best ones there.
The girl working there is always very sweet and attentive. Plenty of tables and seating.

Love the sweet coconut and the Dulce de Leche, too. My son’s favorite is the Cookies N Cream. My son is allergic to nuts and they will accommodate him by bringing toppings from the back without hesitation.
The place is always so clean and the staff is friendly. They also have a rewards program.

WOW! My first review was in 2011. I have been back quite a few times since then but I have never updated a Unilocal Review.
So here is my first updated Unilocal review… Nothing has changed since my first visit. Why mess with perfection? Since then I have spoken to the owners a few times and I was pleased to know that they have had numerous State of Florida Health Inspections and they are as clean as they are in the front of the house as they are in the back of the house.
The fruit is still as fresh as ever and the toppings bar is always clean and well stocked!
I’ll be back!

Just visited Top That Yogurt for like the 5^th time in two months. My thoughts on this place–
The bad: I agree with Jennifer’s review. The female owner did not allow my 7 yr a sample after we purchased four yogurts and left a tip. We had a total of 3 tiny samples before we selected our flavors; it’s not like we were sampling instead of buying. Also, he had not had any samples. She has zero customer service skills and needs an attitude adjustment along with a smile.
The good: Gentleman owner and girls are pleasant and keep the place clean and toppings area neat. Flavors are plentiful and include a sorbet dairy free option.
I won’t be back because I refuse to give my money to establishments that treat customers rudely and lack basic manners, but you can try it out and you might get lucky.

Visited for the first time around 9 and it had a decent amount of people for a Sunday. My bf and I have visited our fair share of frozen yogurt places and this one takes the cake and the frosting and all the toppings! Very clean and the yogurt is especially delicious. They had an awesome variety of toppings and my personal favorite (which prob makes this a biased review) boba toppings!!! Strawberry & lychee :))) Bfs a sucker for sweets so we will definitely be back.

Great place. Overall atmosphere feels better than most self-​service froyo places. So grateful for their hours, and when I drop by in my pajamas right before closing, I never get any odd looks: P

Love this place. My kids ask for it by name. We always are made to feel welcome. There is always a nice variety of flavors and toppings.

Clean store. Employee greets you. So many choices of yogurts, toppings, & syrups & fruits.&&&&&&. Love it

The female owner is extremely rude. I believe it’s a husband and a wife the husband is extremely sweet and very attentive but she always has a shit face on. If you don’t like what you do then don’t do it. I’ve gone on multiple occasions and it’s always the same thing. I’d give this please five stars if it weren’t for how shitty she treats her customers.

I love this place. It has very good yogurt (you must try their marshmallow and milk chocolate flavors!!). they have very fresh toppings and just enough to not overwhelm you. They also have warm peanut butter, caramel, fudge and behold — NUTELLA.

This place is so good.
Its a cute/​clean and small fro-​yo place. Staff is always very friendly and their flavors are always tasty. The toppings bar is awesome. They have fresh fruits, and of course all the delicious chocolate/​candy toppings I should resist (but never do).. Makes me feel not so bad because «its yogurt right»?

Holy shit! I’ve seriously been missing out by not coming. Amazing selection of toppings & sauces. The quality of the fro-​yo is top. Their Dulce de Leche is DELICIOUS. In addition to the standard toppings they have all the boba flavors, peanut butter as well a Nutella in a bottle & black cherries!
