Trampoline High

It has been a year since I was here for a birthday party and nothing has changed! The bigger kids, teens and even young adults are still are allowed to jump with smaller kids. Bathrooms are still dirty. Maybe the staff should round on a schedule to check the cleanliness of the bathrooms and I don’t think it’s too hard to separate kids by age. Like I said on my previous review this place has potential.

Great Place for Kids!
After trying to decide whether to return to Sky Zone or try out Trampoline High; I’m SO glad we tried this place out !! It was SOO much fun !! Hope this helps you decide:
— Not as big as SkyZone; maybe half the size???
— Not as crowded, loud or as packed as SkyZone.
My Conclusion: Older kids can have a great time at either place. But, moms with young kids will really like this place much better !
I took 3 boys ages 1, 4 and 12.
They were super accommodating and let the baby jump !
Staff was super friendly — especially Liz ! We went around 5 pm on a Thursday and the place wasn’t crowded at all. No lines, no waiting for anything. They said that it tends to be busier on the weekends with parties or weekday mornings with fieldtrips. I actually called in advance and planned my visit right after a fieldtrip so it was perfect.
If you’ve never been to a trampoline park — you’ll love this place !
If you’ve been to SkyZone, you will notice that its smaller, but more lo-​key, relaxed and very friendly.
I say Lo-​key because its an easier place — not so rigid. You pay after you jump and you start jumping when ever you get there! No online pre-​registration /​reserving your time desired. Which is really appreciated for a mom of small, unpredictable children !!
We will definitely return!

Took my goddaughter there after tagging along a few times with a friend and her children, and had an awesome time. An hour and a half of playtime is plenty (imagine how you feel after just a half hour of intense cardio at the gym). About halfway through her time, the place started emptying out in the smaller kid area, so I asked about jumping with her. I was only charged $ 2 – 3 additional for the slip-​grip socks, which was so sweet of the employee on staff… So I was able to hold her hands and play with her. There are basketball hoops in the center, a bigger kid area, and a dodge ball area as well. It gets busy on weekends, but not so busy that it felt overrun.
I really regretted not having cash on-​hand for some Gatorade or something from the vending machine… Explaining to a little one that the water fountain is their only drink option while other kids have other, more colorful drinks, is no fun. But it’s a more sanitary option than the ball pit at Dandy Bear, and she had a great time. I’d go back. Do I have to have kids to go back?

We had a blast but wasn’t what I expected. The trampoline place in doral is so much better. In all aspects. This one is kinda small, older, dirtier, almost only little kids, not enough space, when you dunk at the basketball area for dunking they blow the whistle at you. And the dodgeball area is a joke.

Took the kids here on a Sunday weekend. Check in took a while and the attendant was a bit rude and didn’t seem to know their pricing and special deals very well. The trampolines overall were not bad and kids had fun in the dodgeball section. There should be more monitoring between the bigger kids and smaller kids sections though. Several times I saw smaller children almost get trampled by older kids. Also, at the trampoline jump section where you free jump onto a mat, there was no attendant. I found that to be very dangerous as many kids did not wait for other kids to get off the mat prior to jumping. The only working bathroom was not very clean. Price is decent but definite improvements need to be made.

Went there with my 13 year old and her two friends on a Saturday afternoon with coupons from school. The staff was pleasant, it didn’t smell as you might suspect on a Saturday and it was fun for the girls. It is a bit hard to find the first time among the warehouses and such. It is no frills but really it’s an oversized bounce house so it’s all good. They have wifi, so the girls played, I did work, all good. I would offer this advice, set your timer if you only planned for an hour bc you pay after you are done. It does get pricy without a timer. I think next time I will try too.

I found a groupon for this place and decided to try it out even with a few bad reviews. I took 4 kids and my toddler which is 1 and half. I went on Sunday and checked in very smoothly and quickly. It went very smoothly (great for me). My toddler was able to jump in the bounce house while the other kids jumped their life away. In my opinion I like this place better compared to skyzone because they only require skid proof socks and not the actual boot. Everyone had plenty of space to jump and seemed like everyone was having fun. There are 3 bathrooms that I saw was very clean compared to many public places. This place overall was very clean. I wasn’t afraid to sit down or let my toddler run free. The staff were friendly and the kids had a lot of fun. I didn’t eat there but prices for pizza wasn’t bad. I will come back to trampoline high!

Not sure why you need to provide all your personal information on the website and create an account JUST to get a copy of a waiver you would just have to sign when you are there in person. Called them personally to see if they can just fax it to me… DENIED. So much for convenience, and I haven’t even gone IN yet. thumbs way down on customer service!!! update: had to go for my daughters BFF birthday and the manager was very nice and empathetic with my previous experience. I complied with filling out info online but aside from my name, nothing else was accurate. Easy fix. 0 to a 3, respectively.

First time here, have been to Sky Zone and although it is bigger it is always pretty full. Prices were less expensive than Sky Zone. It was clean and attendants all really polite and helpful. Place is blocks from my house so will come back. It’s great exercise for the kiddos. They have a section for dodgeball, free jump and 4 basketball hoops. No complaints here

I love Trampoline Park my only complaint is how expensive it is but it’s worth it. It has a lot of trampolines and lots of fun activities. I love this place what’s with all the bad reviews

Get ready for a hugely expensive bounce house. Cannot be compared to Sky Zone. I live 5 minutes away and was so excited to bring my kids. Major disappointment. The employees are not professional and spend their time texting instead of watching the kids. Never again.

This place is very small. It looks bigger in the pictures. Parking was difficult. There were quite a few kids jumping in such a small area. The people who work there are nice. The place is clean. It is also convenient but I don’t think we will be returning. Not worth the money.

I went with three of my friends after we got the Groupon (we are all in our late teens/​early twenties). It is a bit smaller than the pictures seem to portray; but it was a lot of fun. However, I would call ahead and make sure that there is no kid’s party going on. When we went, there was and it was hard to have fun without being scared we were going to hurt a child. For people my age, I do not think it is worth the price without a discount. However, it is extremely kid friendly.

I love the idea of having a trampoline park close to home. My kids really enjoyed the basketball and dodge ball area. It was clean and people were extremely friendly and helpful. It can probably have one more area of activity like a foam pit etc. But nonetheless we will definitely return.
