Tuttle resurfaced my pool and immediately the re bar started popping up on the bottom. I welcome anybody to come see it in person. As info my neighbor was thinking about using them and I hope I saved them from a lousy job. I wasted $ 1500.00 and need it to be done again.

I service my pool, but anytime something is wrong with my system I call Tuttle and they come fast. About 5 years ago they changed my pump and filter, they did a grate job. About a month ago a part of the pump broke, I call Tuttle again, I was told the warranty was expired, anyway they came, order the part, installed the next day and didn’t charge anything, even with the expired warranty. I recommend then to every body in the neighborhood.

Great first visit, we needed a pool to be renovated. Mr. Tuttle came, but NEVER came back with a quote! I would cal numerous times, they would come with one excuse after another, that he was out of town, he would send it by the end of the week, or few days after, and would call back to say I never got a call, nor quote. Again would give me the run around! So from what friends have told, me took over his dads company, and obviously the son doesn’t know how to run a cie, and keep potential customers! VERY disapointing, the excuse. it’s a Miami thing to not return calls! Well let’s see where you are Tuttle in a few years!

This review is only partially mine. The other belongs to my grandmother who switched to Tuttle’s to service her pool. It started when her pump motor blew; probably as a result of the old service company. Regardless, Tuttle’s was out at around 9am to look at the pump and by 10:30am it was being reinstalled. After switching to these guys they had come to check on her pool twice within 3 days of starting the service.
I received the same swift attention when I needed to simply purchase a new pool filter. I told you the review was only partially mine.
