This facility and those that work here are wonderful. The facility is safe and clean, and the staff is top-​notch friendly and helpful. Mario helped me out, and he was so welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. He took the time to walk me through each step of the way, including walking up to the unit to show the lock and elevator system, and gave me every piece of information I might need. I also ended up buying the box «starter kit» from here, and he even carried it out to my car for me. This place is a gem in Miami, and I feel totally confident and comfortable with doing business with them. Would DEFINITELY recommend, hands down.

Excellent service from both the guy. Can’t remember his name and the lady. They talk to you like they’ve known you for years. Would definitely come back because of customer service. My only reason for 4 stars was that I brought in my stuff on the 30th of May. I had to pay for these 2 days. My stuff was paid for up until the 1st of the July and took it out the 26th of June and couldn’t get the balance. They say that after the 20th they give no refund. Shouldn’t the same thing be for bringing your stuff into storage apply? Or refunding the balance? Other than that, definitely will come baxk2

The BEST self-​storage around, we had some trouble in the beginning with the storage having a column in it but still being charged the same price even though it wasn’t as much space. BUT** Mario is the best and he helped us out so so so much and I will never forget it. Very few good people you come across nowadays and he is definitely one of them. I highly recommend this place only because of him though!

This is really a wonderful place! Mario and Madelin (manager and assistant manager) took what could have been a very stressful moving and storage experience and made it much better. They took their time in answering my questions and helping with the various idiosyncrasies and complexities of my particular situation, and were very flexible. And I got a very good deal. The whole feel is like that of a friendly family-​owned business, not a faceless corporation. And Mario and Madelin are two very nice people. I highly recommend this place.
