This place is so convenient for me, just a stroll down the block. I have been coming for years and always enjoy a relaxing pedicure. I would give it 5 stars except they did remove the glass of wine I used to enjoy!

Alla is the bomb. She is the most meticulous nail professional I’ve ever had. She is the goddess of nails…

Since they have changed owners & names it’s not great.
They are always changing appointment times. My last pedicure was done too fast & poorly… she barely did anything to my feet other than paint my nails. And now my acrylic nails keep popping off the same week. And hardly anyone speaks English here. The lady I use to use that was great didn’t speak English but she did an amazing job & is no longer there.
Don’t waste your time or money here.

WORST blow dry I’ve ever had in my life! DO NOT GO TO IRENE. I literally left in tears. I have long, healthy hair that I spend a lot of money on to keep in the best shape possible. I was injured and having trouble washing my hair so stopped over here on my lunch break for a blow dry. I had trusted the place because their nail techs are good and i’m a regular with them. I have ombré coloring in my hair, so my ends are lighter than the rest. You obviously have to put heat protectant and dry at a lower setting. She put 2 handfuls of mousse and, no leave-​in conditioner or heat protectant. Than she blew out my hair on high heat with the tip of the dryer literally touching my hair shaft. The end result was frizzy hair and my ends looked extremely dry and damaged. She saw the SHOCK on my face and tried to start curling it to cover of the damaged frizzy ends, but she didn’t know how to use the curling iron! The curls were barely curls, going different ways, and left kinks from the clip on the iron. She would re-​curl the same piece multiple times to try and fix it. She then said she was just going to have to flat iron instead and I said absolutely not — I did not want her to damage my hair any further. I went up to the front desk to check out and said the service was awful, just to get charged $ 50!
You can get a beautiful blow out from a professional in Midtown at the blow-​dry bar for just $ 35, but this place is 2-​blocks from my office. Lesson learned. I will never return to that salon again for anything. Terrible way to deal with an unhappy customer.
