Absurd, horrible customer experience. You would think when as a customer, I want to sign up and give a company money, they might be a little kinder. The process to validate someone to even provide information about their services includes reviewing your photo ID, seeing your actual credit cards(how many, the type and you must physically provide them to the company) and more information than some doctors or mortgage applications! The representatives kept reinforcing they would not be able to provide a credit for a free massage if I did not provide certain data. Fine! No problem! Still could not get past the 2nd «check in» where they review information yet again on yet another form before you are permitted to talk to a sales rep. Give me a break. Save your time, money and frustration. This company is more concerned about providing data to their marketing partners than an unlimited vacation experience(aka pre-pay for your vacation for the next five years so you can get«the best deals» …really you have to call in and they see what they can offer and if they have the dates you want. Gee thanks!).
