STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ALTOGETHER!!! They do NOT support what they sell, and they give you misinformation regarding their products to boot! Furthermore, despite being a long LONG time online customer of theirs, and spending over $ 3000 over the past few years on their website, my numerous requests to speak with a manager there went completely ignored! These people are shady, and ungrateful, and could give a damn about mine, or anyone else’s business. I would strongly urge anyone who’s trying to find a vape store, whether beginners or those of you who have used vapor products for years, to seek your products elsewhere! This place is TERRIBLE! And the service is even worse! Oh and it’s worth noting that before writing this review, I sent an email to the company making them aware of my frustrations, and added that if my requests to speak to a supervisor continued to be ignored that I would write reviews about my experiences on every community ratings and reviews website I could find! Well… Unilocal is where I decided to begin. On to the next one! Shame you guys not only lost a loyal, valuable customer over a $ 180 order, but thousands of dollars in future purchases as well. Enjoy your business while you can. I’m sure your days are numbered.

I Highly recommend coming to this location. They always treat everyone with respect and fill you with knowledge about new products and vaping. Thank you guys for your hard work. So happy to have you in the my local area.

i’ve been coming here since Vapor Shark opened this location. I was a bit jaded after the customer service i received at the bird road store. (I was going to buy another company’s pen) However, I am glad i came here. Every single time I’ve been here I have been treated very well; especially Edwin and Ana. This place is great and I’m glad I gave them try.

I’ve been a faithful client to this business location from the time there was a previous owner and continued purchasing my supplies with vaporshark there after. In making small talk with the sales person he has been disrespectful and inappropriate several times.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. Stay away from this location, go to another — I will not shop here again.
