Vapor Shark

I am a long time Vapor and have brought products from over 20 different stores and sites spending thousands of dollars and not once have I encounter the customer service I experienced with these guys, Austin C. in particular. Didn’t realize what a difference customer service can mean until I had a situation with a broken $ 300 Vapor Flask. After a bit of confusion, they replace it no questions asked, I didn’t have time to argue :-)
These guys are the «Real Deal» and it’s just not worth shopping anywhere else.
They’ve won my business straight out and my honest recommendation to whoever reads this.

I was a VaporFi customer for a very long time but that changed after stopping in one day to check out Vapor Shark’s e-juices…their customer service is phenomenal! As a customer who likes asking a lot of questions, I really appreciate the time and the effort they make to answering all of my questions, and more importantly the patience they display while doing so.
A special Shout out to Vladimir and Benji for constantly taking the time to help me with my mods/​batteries and tanks and for always being patient with me for during my series of questions. It’s because of them that I continue to go to that location, despite having a VaporFi closer to my home.
The only 2 constructive points I’d share about this place is that they are, in my opinion, constantly sold out on products I like to purchase and they don’t have a rewards program like VaporFi has. These two key points would make it easier for me to give this place a 5 star review.

I love the vapor shark products!!! I’ve tried so many eliquids and keep going back to Vapor Shark’s pinky menthol. If I was reviewing this store about a year to 8 months ago I would have given it a 5++++star. The original crew was absolutely amazing and you could tell they liked what they did, were very helpful, and knowledgable. Every time I go in now I just want to get in and get out. I have spent a lot of money at this store over approximately 2 years. I don’t even hang around to hear about any of the new products because the customer service is not anywhere near where it was. Don’t get me wrong, you can get in and get out fast and they employees get you what you need but I’ve been going elsewhere to find out about the new products. Sorry… Because I really loved this store and I still love the Vapor Shark brand.

Costumer service is horrible, specially a black long hair girl that works there, she thinks she’s special, but what a air head. I came in to the store to buy a new full set, so I started to ask questions, she had no clue what was going on very rood, so in the middle of my asking her about the different setups she started taking to another costumer, keep in mind that the store is empty and there is two more workers in the store, the guy is trying to figure out what e-​liquid to buy, so she puts me aside and stating flirting with this guy for a 20 dollar liquid and I’m trying to spend close to 150 or more so I just went head and ask the other girl to get me what I need, she takes my order and brings my set up to the front and this girl takes it away from her and opens my stuff and then she stars taking to me like she wants me out of the store I got so mad but still got the equipment because I was on my way to the airport and I needed my stuff to travel, anyway not happy and will not come back to the store at all. bunch of unprofessional, immature kids that work there.

Hate the customer service. Every time you go in there, they make you feel like they want you to leave. Terrible attitudes. They may have had a monopoly on the vape business in SFL for awhile, but other stores are moving in. They lost me awhile ago to Vaporfi. Much better service and more flavors. Vaporshark really needs to up their game and start giving their customers the attention they deserve.

Wow cool place but I don’t am smoke my brother-​in-​law smokes so me and my sister went to Vapor Shark to get him a vapor shark electronic cigarette so he can stop smoking regular cigars and cigarettes. The staff is friendly and great now he’s been vaping since today

Customer service is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The product itself is not very good. I can’t say that have tried «vaping» yet because all that I have done is drink nicotine juice through a metal straw. I went back to see if someone can fix the problem and I went home with my same nicotine drink. I am not very happy with the product… Sorry guy’s!

I went here because a friend of mine recommended vaping as an alternative to smoking. I haven’t smoked since. It is no like the real thing and there is no studies indicating if there is any vaping related health issues other than the obvious ones. but the smokers cough has gone away.

Ahhh Vapor Shark! I have happily been «vaping» since January this year and I couldn’t be happier being smoke free! Today I had the opportunity to visit their new location in Kendall… I was helped by Danny and Jesus (formerly of the bird road location) and I was not disappointed. The new venue is clean and spacious. No lines and as always exemplary customer service! I guess people are not aware of the new location just yet, so jump and take the opportunity of the lack of lines. I do not foresee it remaining this conveniently empty for long! They have a wonderful product for anyone that wants to quit smoking for a different alternative. They have a myriad of flavors to choose from (over 40) from basic tobacco, to my personal favorites Strawberry Cheesecake and Pinky (a take on Jolly Rancher) Their nicotine levels range from 0 (hookah status) to 32 (hard core smoker) they also have a plethora of vaping equipment to choose from to appease your vaping and design aesthetics. If you want to quit smoking or get your own personal hookah. these guys can’t be beat! Happy Vaping!
