Customer service is good since the reps get commision. They will try to sell you a new equipment rather than swap.
Store recipts are confusing and not beoken down. Trade ins are sneaky

This Friday was my first experience shopping at Verizon. I was helped immediately, to my pleasant surprise! Jordan helped me find the perfect plan for my budget, and helped my fiancé upgrade to a better phone. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I had a wonderful experience!

I’m sure customer service at this location is fine, but Verizon reception in Miami is no where near as good as AT&T. I used to have AT&T, and now I regret changing and have to wait 2 years.

The service I received when I came here to shop for prices was great! We walked in through the door and someone was there to help immediately. He answered every single one of our questions without getting annoyed (and trust me, my boyfriend was asking a lot of questions!) We don’t know if we’ll end up signing up with this company but at least the service and the place was nice.
