This company sent me old dead product. Promised me a credit based on their supposed 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. They lied. I paid $ 49.60 for the product and then got a snotty reply and a $ 24.80 credit. They still owe me the credit, admitted to the mistake, then had the balls to tell me they no longer wanted my business. No credit. And a great big ____you! To me. I highly recommend avoiding this rude company and their snarky customer service.
