Ordered a burger and the truffle fries. Burger is pretty decent, I’m satisfied and like the shoestring fries but disappointed that I ordered the truffle fries only for them to have ran out of the cheese that comes with them, the major factor for why I get that option instead of the regular fries. It’s not worth being charged $ 1 extra just for a seasoned salt in my opinion. Also, they offer a deal where you get 10% off a combo if you check in on Unilocal but the combo isn’t like your normal burger joint where you buy a burger and add on fries and a drink for $ 3 more, you just buy everything individually, so it’s somewhat misleading. I suggest they offer a combo option offering regular fries and canned soda for $ 3 and if you want to get fries truffled add $ 1. For most part though good service, family is nice, and I enjoyed taste for the value but hopefully next time I get the option to not pay for cheese they don’t have.

I was in town on tour and found this little place on Unilocal.I liked it as soon as I walked in — nice décor and really struck me as a family-owned small business. I got their namesake burger, the Viva, which has chorizo in it, as well as their home sauce. Wow, it was good! Plus, my Unilocal check-in got me a 10% discount. The nitro ice cream was also great. My buddy got a combo of Nutella and peanut butter, said it was the best he has had. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town!

This place was so cool! I really liked the vibe from the moment we walked in. I found out about Viva Burger through GroupOn and since it’s right near my apartment I decided to purchase. We ordered the Bleu Cheese Burger and the Burger Blast. The Bleu Cheese Burger was good, but I really, really liked my husband’s Burger Blast(really great if you like spicy). The sweet potato fries and regular fries were both delicious. We also got to try the Nitrogen Nutella Ice cream which was truly unique and well worth splurging on calories for dessert. I guess the nitrogen make it creamier than regular ice cream so it was yummy! Aside from the nice environment, good food, and very reasonable prices, the service was really good. I believe we may have had the owner’s son taking our order and helping us. He was friendly and really nice. He was taking orders, serving food, answering the phone, and checking on all the tables by himself. Very impressive! Will definitely be coming back with my husband. Worth checking out for sure.

Fries are pretty average, churasco burger is well seasoned, flavorful, and very original, though a tad pricey. Service is very friendly and personable. DONOT miss the nitrogen ice cream! Absolutely incredible; some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had.

Viva Burger is a nice idea, but doesn’t really hit the mark. Burgers were good, but definitely felt like something was missing. Tried both the Churassco & Viva Burger. Both should’ve been cooked medium but seemed more medium well to me. Burgers were definitely fresh, but not worth the line, then subsequent wait time for food to come out. Biggest disappointment: the truffle fries. Which were basically fries tossed in seasoning. The staff was friendly and made everyone feel welcomed, but can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon.

Ordered the Viva burger and it was good. It’s basically a frita. It was a decent burger, not the best I’ve ever had. The churrasco burger was a little dry and mildly overcooked, but it was good. The fries weren’t the best. They’re like McDonald’s fries, kind of, except McDonald’s fries are a little better when they’re right out of the frier. The prices were decent and up to par with the food. I did not try the nitrogen ice cream so I plan on going back to try that. To sum it up, if you come here don’t expect it to be life changing. It’s good. The people are nice, the wait is a little long though.

I found this place here on Unilocal and I’m glad I did! It’s great to have a DELICIOUS burger spot next to my house. The Viva Burger(beef, pork, chorizo patty) is amazing. Definitely recommend this place and I’m coming back

This place has great burgers, fries, and ice cream. Initially, I was skeptical when I entered the sparsely populated parking lot that led to a shady looking plaza. However, my doubts quickly dissipated once I took my first bite of my burger. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, truffle fries, and nitrogen nutella/Reese’s ice cream. The bacon cheeseburger meat was juicy and the bacon strips were nice and crispy. The truffle fries had the right amount of truffle flavor and were cooked and salted perfectly. The nitrogen ice cream was nice and cold and I liked the chocolaty combination of nutella and Reese’s. I would definitely love to come again for a great burger experience.

I’m currently drooling just thinking about their Texas Burger. Half a pounder loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, bbq sauce and onion rings(hold the pickles… yuck!). And can we talk about their loaded fries? Can I bathe in these? GETINMYBELLY! My boyfriend had the Viva burger and he loved it as well. I love that the son was at the register while his dad was cooking. I’m all for supporting local small businesses. We’ve decided that next time we want a burger nearby, we’re going to skip ‘____guys’, and head here for our burger fix! Can’t wait to try other burgers and hopefully one day their ice cream although I don’t think I’ll ever have the room for it. Until next time Viva Burger! ily

A nice burger option in the neighborhood, especially if you like mom-and-pop shops where things are hand made fresh(except for the veggie patty — order only if you are strictly vegetarian…) I have wanted to try the Viva burger, but they did not have it ready. This seems to be a common occurrence, and unless they are aiming for a cult following with the short supply, I feel that they need to do a better job to make their signature burger available. I did enjoy the spicy jalapeño burger I ended up ordering. On the other hand, I found the cheese sauce on the fries a bit bland and the fries just ok in texture.

A family run burger place. So, expect to be treated like fam. The ingredients are fresh, the presentation is nice and the food tastes great. You gotta try the N2 ice cream. Nutella, Oreo and Vanilla is the bomb. I eat here and chill with these guys all the time. Two of my boys killed the hot wings contest and they have been the only two to complete the contest since they started it. We are still waiting for them to up the game and come up with something that’s actually hot. But I would bet that if you are not Indian you can’t do it. Go check this place out, they totally deserve good business. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Family owned hidden gem in West Kendall. My wife and I ordered a Viva burger each and a loaded fries all freshly made on the spot… delish! There’s a reason Viva Burger pops up at #1 when searching for best burger in the area. The owner Nelson was very humble and kind. We were glad to come here, genuine good service is rare in Miami. He made us Nitrogen Nutella ice cream and gummy bears which I never even knew existed and of course it was amazing. Definitely coming back whenever I’m in the area thank you Viva Burger!

My boyfriend and I loved it here, we plan on going back as well as ordering delivery! I ordered a regular burger which was cooked perfectly and came with all the basic toppings(lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles) fries and a drink for I believe $ 10 and change. My boyfriend ordered the Viva Burger which is a patty made of beef, chorizo and pork. His was really good as well, it comes with onions, some special sauce and those crispy shoestring fries. The restaurant itself is pretty small but inviting with large TV’s and bright colored walls. Personally, I prefer smaller restaurants so I didn’t mind, I look forward to returning and trying there Ice Cream!

Great little place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted. Menu was explained by a young guy that works there. I don’t usually eat meat, but decided to try the Texas burger — it was fantastic. My husband ordered the California burger, and also liked it. What I loved most was the truffle fries, they were amazing! Service: grea! They checked in on us, the cook also came by and asked us how everything was. This is a family owned restaurant, which I love. The location of it as not all that great(shopping center), but not bad for a lunch or quick bite in low key night. I kept one star because they were out of a few things(viva burger, which was the the reason my husband wanted to go there to begin with, and also the nitrogen ice cream, reason I wanted to go). In addition to that, both tvs were on, and really loud. I hate it when places have tvs blasting, as I feel they take away from family time. There wasn’t an important game or anything, just background, loud background. I will return, as good and service were both good, possibly just to take good to go.

Had séen this place while driving in the area but never stopped in until today that I saw my fellow Unilocaler reviews. Service was really good, Family Owned, welcoming people. I was excited to try the Salmón burger;however, I was dissapointed that after ordering it they told me that they had Run out. I chose the Turkey burger with guacamole but I think because I really wanted the Salmón burger I didn’t enjoy the Turkey burger. Oh well, next time. My husband and son loved their burgers which I am happy because I really want to give them a great review. Fríes are good, cheese, truffle and regular ones. Finished Our meal with Nitrogen ice cream! Overall a good experience!

Ok, I’m usually very faithful to my burger spot in Fort Lauderdale, but being so far away we decided to give this mom & pop spot a try. First impression on walking in was not bad, you can clearly tell that the mom is the one with the all the personality, the guys were all pretty blah. I went with the Bacon Cheeseburger, they didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked so they brought it well done, it was still pretty tasty! The fries are pretty basic, skinny & hot. She went with the Viva Burger which is similar to a «Frita» a blend of chorizo, meat & onions. It was good! Hard to keep together though it gets a little messy. Their fries were not bad and their truffle fries were better. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, the prices aren’t horrible however I’ve never been a fan of selling fast food«À La Carte» burgers & hotdogs should ALWAYS come with fries. Separating each item just doesn’t look right, not for burgers. I wish them the best of luck, but I doubt I’ll return.
