Went to fill a prescription at the pharmacy. Keivys, the attendant, cannot be fully understood via her accent. In addition, her attitude is not very customer friendly. Steer clear of her demeanor, not worth your time or energy.

Terribleeeee. Pharmacy services couldn’t be worse. Drive thru line and line inside always take forever. I really don’t know what takes so long to drop off prescriptions and pick up medicine. The clinic is convenient but can still be a while to be seen, even with few people in front.

I went to the clinic for a consultation and I asked if there were any copayment with my ensurance. The doctor told me no, no copayment and they send me a bill of $ 75. After a month.

The most unorganized and delayed pharmacy… 45 minutes in a drive thru because the line is out as far as 137 avenue. Definitely the worst I have ever been to. Management should be given a training in how to manage their pharmacy and hire employees who are knowledgeable

The health care clinic is even worse. Seriously. The nurse or whomever is unattentive to those in line, but she likes to blow up your phone after you left when waiting for two hours with only two people in front of you. Maybe when I get lonely, I’ll sit in her office and tell her a an hour diatribe. I stood in line the first time, but had to live after about an hour or so. There was a woman just talking, and talking, and talking inside. When I left, she kept calling. And left messages. I tried to return the calls, but it get returning me to the National center for the clinic. I even spoke to someone, but he said they don’t actually have direct lines for the clinics. Okay. So, she called again, and said that my stuff was on hold. I go to the Walgreens, and some woman walks right past me and into her little office. Okay, fine. She sits there, and talks and talks and talks, just like the first woman. The clinician not ONCE got up to see if anyone was standing outside. I actually sat on the floor, because the patient’s husband had amazing manners, and looked at me about three times, and kept sitting. No, he didn’t have a cane. No, he didn’t even ask me if I wanted a seat. After ANOTHER55 minutes, I got up and left. it took a lot for me to not shred my papers and drop it on the front. Seems that the nurse only cared about my money, hence the calls. I would NEVER give this Walgreens or the clinic another penny. Oh yeah, and the Walgreens attendants just looked at me and walked away. Forgot to mention that. I’m an idiot for not doing the survey when they called me. Worst. Place. Ever. Avoid like the Black Plague.

This Walgreens is awful. The drive thru pharmacy line is ridiculous, the employees are rude especially the manager who while she was doing a return for me was on her cell phone tending to a personal call. It is overcrowded, messy, and every time I go to the cleaning aisle they are out of the Glade air freshers I buy.

This place sucks! Good thing I don’t live in the area. The aisles are overly crowded.
