Have been going here for years and I have always tried to avoid this place. I recently decided to call for a question based on ink cartridges and if they still did refills to my surprise I got the phone call dismissed the first time, Called back again and got some rude attitude from some girl in the photo department… THIS IS WHY I RATHER SPEND $ 5 MORE GOING TO CVS. GOOD JOB WALGREENS.

Just like any other Walgreens. Nothing really stands out. Good service and an easy place to find things you need on the go!

I have lived in the area my entire life and I have seen the staff turnover rate as well as the service provided to the clientele firsthand for years now. I have never experienced such horrible service at this pharmacy as I do now in 2015 I cannot say that everyone is the same but I will say that the pharmacist working the late shift on Saturday evenings/​early Sunday morning has a terrible attitude and has very little patience. As someone who has worked in the service industry I would advise this pharmacist or tech to learn how to look be more approachable and perhaps work on her attitude towards patients. Whether she is a health care steward or provider is beyond me but I’m sure her job description doesn’t include being rude to customers/​patients!

I hate coming to this Walgreens. There is always a crazy line, there is usually some weirdo hanging out by the entrance, and I have never found an employee here when I have been in need of one. Also the general ambiance in here is unorganized, abandoned, and not kept well.
Why the three stars? Because unlike the CVS across the street they do not keep certain items under lock an key in the isles. This small thing make my life much easier. I cannot tell you how annoying it is to try and make a ‘quick trip’ to pick something up to be met with the thing you are looking for poking fun at you from behind a plastic locked door. I appreciate that at this Walgreens products are out and available for customers to reach out and purchase.

SO I have gone to this Walgreens a few times. Here is why I give you a two: Ok first of all it’s called drive thru not walk thru. They allow people who are not in cars go through the drive thru and pick up their prescription. Really??? Come on man. Second, anytime you go it is soooo busy. Then you have to wait like 15 minutes before someone acknowledges you at the drive thru. Nope don’t like this Walgreens.
