Extreme incompetence does not even begin to describe this location. I got my eyes tested for contact lenses and glasses. For some reason, on my contacts lens prescription, the doctor did not distinguish which was the right eye and which was for the left eye. When I called on 1÷27÷2015 at 12:49 p.m. to clarify, I was told that they could not find a record of my visit. I spoke to an older man who was extremely rude. He proceeded to tell me that I was not reading the prescription properly. I have been wearing contact lenses for fifteen years so I am well aware of how to read the prescription properly. He then told me would transfer my call then hung up. When I called back, he somehow learned how to use a computer and found me in the system. He then began to read off the prescription for my GLASSES. He mistakenly read my prescription as «-4.50 −75×105». When I told him that the information he was giving me did not match what was on the prescription, he got even ruder. I am appalled that a person with no idea how to treat customers is the one who is in charge of answering the phone.

I always used to go to Walmart’s for my contacts and eye prescription, but I find its gone way to expensive for a contact prescription for me to keep coming here. So I made an appointment for a business closer to where I live.
As most doctors, an appointment may not mean that you seen to when the time comes. No bad reviews for that… it seems to be typical.
Last year they did screw up my prescription. They tested my eyes which was fine, gave me my numbers and had me try a trial pair of contacts which had me walking into walls. I told the doctor I couldn’t see, but instead of realising he gave me the wrong contacts, he changed my perscription so when I did order then, i was again walking into walls. I had to return the contacts I ordered online and simply double up my left eye cause it was close enough.
I begged him to sort this out and he refused.
Having said that, i have been to this location twice and the second time I didn’t have any problems. I’m not coming here anymore only because of location. And currently there isn’t any savings to go out of my way.
