turned on service and webpass was it! no doubt! the tech, Sanders is A+++. He gets a GOLD star!

Installed Webpass service on Saturday ½/​16. Sanders called to confirm the night before and actually arrived early. He knew exactly what to do with all the connections and the install went quickly and smoothly. Great job!

The technician arrived on time and very friendly. Excellent customer service, the set up took no time at all! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

At first this service went in and out and they had poor customer service. Since then the experience has been reliable and fast. Well done to correct their operations and become a major player as a data provider.

As a condo board member, I wanted to mention that we have had slow service across the board on our resident’s internet connections. We have solicited our building Webpass clients and have gotten fairly consistent results.
–The service often «drops out» and you have to refresh your link for minutes at times to get a loaded page
–The service is NOWHERE near as fast as they promise (¹⁄₃ to ½ of the speeds they promise)
–They pass the buck when asked about the reasons for the above shortcomings. That the equipment is not directly connected via wires, that everyone’s computer is slow, that everyone’s software is outdated, etc. Magically, apparently – they get software that isn’t available to anyone else on the planet that enables them to get the speeds they advertise.
–In short, NO provider is great – but at least you get what you pay for and it’s reliable due to the scale of their operations (like Comcast, AT&T or Atlantic Broadband). Webpass, in our collective experience is NOT reliable.

Their service is amazing! If you are looking for high speed internet, a quick installation and a friendly technician, go and buy your webpass plan! I am more than happy that I decided to go with this company!

These guys are awesome. Julio was on time (early even), did the install very quickly, made sure everything was working on my laptop, showed me the amazing speeds I was getting, and was very friendly as well. very professional.

Very easy process as a consumer. I signed up online prior to moving to Miami, and set up and appointment through their website. Sanders, the technician, was awesome! He actually came early, and had finished the set up by the time my appointment was scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgable. The speed on the wired connection was initially greater than 200mbps, but it did slow down a bit once I connected my router (which is more representative of my router, not Webpass service.)
All in all, excellent service.

Let’s start with installation. It’s easy to set up the appointment and the guy was on time. You can see by the attached picture that it’s a shotgun job. They really don’t care how it ultimately looks.
Regarding the internet itself, it’s pretty fast when compared to your other options. However, in my building my internet drops 2 – 3 times a week.
One week it was completely out of service for hours twice. I called in to see whether I could be refunded for those days where there was no service (Comcast has done this for me in the past). I believe I reached someone in SF, who forwarded me to a male in their Miami office. Once I start talking to this individual, his first question was, «why/​how did you reach me… REALLY? Basically, the guy didn’t want to deal with my concern and told me to cancel if I’m not happy. He finally came around and said he would talk to the accounting department to see if they could do something and he would let me know via email. It’s been over a month and I haven’t heard back. This guy clearly didn’t care and nor do they.
I’m not saying customer service at Comcast is any better, but if you’re looking for an improvement in customer service over Comcast, it’s not incrementally better with these guys. Nor is the service in my building, which drops 2 – 3 times per week.

I don’t remember the last time I wrote a review on Unilocal (in fact, this might be my first). I’m compelled after my positive experience to let the community know that I am extremely satisfied with the service I received the other day. Julio arrived on time and was very professional, helpful, upbeat, knowledgable and fast at setting up my new internet. I took a chance at quitting Comcast for a smaller and less well-​known company, yet one that advertises much faster Internet. As soon as Julio hooked up the wires, he showed me the speed test and there is no comparison… Sorry Comcast! Totally worth the switch. I use it for downloading and watching movies, listening to music and standard web browsing. Superb company all around.

The whole process was very smooth. Sanders apologized several times because he was late, which was not a big deal because we were home anyway. He was very friendly and he clearly knows his stuff. He found out very quickly about the network configuration in our apartment (which was not straight forward apparently) and set it up even faster.
Download and upload speeds I get now are insane!
And Sanders told me he’ll give me 30 days of free service!
Overall an amazing experience so far. I highly recommend switching to Webpass if you can. You won’t regret it.

I have had Webpass for a year and the Internet service has been reliable and fast. I recently wanted to move my router to a different room and customer service quickly set me up with an appointment. Sanders (the installer) called me before the installation to confirm and arrived on time. He was great and quickly setup my new ethernet port. Additionally, he went above and beyond to help me with my router settings and getting my ethernet hooked up to my tv. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Sanders; he is a great asset to Webpass!

Set up was a breeze — in less than 24 hours from the time I first stumbled on the site, I was surfing the web! I made an appointment online in the evening, and the next morning the tech was at my door. I never even had to make a call, listen to hold music, or sit around waiting half the day. Installer was on time, friendly, worked quickly… So far, so good!
Changing to a three cause Internet service is slow.

I did my appointment today and a few hours later they were here! They called and i told them i was home they came in earlier (i asked) Julio gave me a great service, very professional and they guy knows what he is doing.

I received a mailing about Webpass being available in my building and since I was not impressed by the service of my current provider I decided to give it a try. I went to their website at 8:30 and schedule the installation to noon the same day. The installer (Julio) called me around 9:30 and said he was close and could come in 20 minutes.
The installation was really fast and he was awesome. My internet speed is through the roof now. I definitely recommend their service.

I just moved to a new condo and was amazed to learn there was a fast option for Internet besides Comcast. Upon reaching out to the sales team I received a quick response and scheduled my appointment for the next day.
I wasn’t expecting much given that they are smaller isp (for now) however the installer called me before the install to confirm and even offered to come earlier than the scheduled time. Take that Comcast! Sanders (the installer) arrived at the time he promised and quickly performed my install. He went above and beyond to inform me about the best router settings as well as how the service worked. He is an amazing asset to the company thanks to the polite and precise service he provided me. Once the install was done I blown away by the speeds: 375+ Mbps is simply amazing compared to what I’d been getting previously. I will definitely be recommending this ISP to all my friends who live in a building where it is available.
Way to go Sanders and Webpass for making my new apartment that much better!
