Wendy’s

Dangerous lunch traffic around this Wendy’s today. Several near-​misses as cars were sticking out into US-​1 because the drive-​through traffic was backed up all the way around the building.
I decided to pull into the back of the parking lot through a side street. When I got inside the line wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. While it appeared that they were fully-​staffed, the problem clearly laid with the execution of the food preparation and delivery processes. Orders were completed in what appeared to be a random sequence with some of the folks who were at the front of the line (at least 10 orders ahead of me) did not get their food until after I did. And the person who was trying to keep pace with the in-​store vs. to-​go orders was extremely confused. I watched as my to-​go burger made its way onto a tray (despite being a to-​go order) and then sit there for 5 more minutes before another customer approached the counter and started calling out names from the receipts. That is when I knew which burger was mine.
If you have an extra 30 minutes to wait for lunch, this is the Wendy’s for you!
By the way, I got the ¾ lb triple cheeseburger with mustard instead of mayo or ketchup. I removed the bun when I got to work because I am carb-​free to support my wife during Lent. It was super delicious!
5 stars for the food, 1 for the chaos = 3 stars overall during lunch today.

Despite the very nice remodel Wendy’s is still average. The food is kind of unseasoned. My fries were bad, cold, small bits. The customer service was good, the food came out quick, but it wasn’t the best quality. I ordered a burger, ate half; it was unflavorful. Will probably return again out of convenience & ambiance.

I’m assuming everyone has been to Wendy’s once in their life. So I guess there isn’t much too say. That being said, I do love the Wendy’s chili. If you haven’t tried, you must!

When Taco Bell is not going to cut it, not in the mood for McDonald’s, don’t have time for a sit-​down meal at Flannigan’s? Wendy’s will do. They have better burgers than McDonald’s. Their dollar menu has plenty to choose from. The baked potato hits the spot every time.

It’s Wendy’s… what else can you say about Wendy’s.
Just 1 thing about this Wendy’s, if you are fan of the Chili, don’t get it here, it’s a bit watery but everything else is up to standards.
