I don’t usually review fast food restaurants because their food, quality, and service is pretty consistent. However, this was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. There were 4 cars and it took 20 minutes to receive my food in the drive thru. When I finally did receive my food I found a hair in the NON-​SALTED fries (not kidding), my soda was flat, and my burger was cold. No thanks. Won’t be returning here.

Terrible. The service and employees are lazy. I asked for one bbq sauce, they said its 27 cents. Don’t go here.

I didn’t bring lunch to work so I ran out during lunch time to grab something. Mind you, I never eat fast food but I love fries and Wendy’s Spicy Caesar Salad.

Customer service via drive through a few minutes ago was horrible. It’s not my fault you work here. Don’t work drive through if your customer service skills suck.

I stopped by and placed a fairly simple-​to-​understand order. The employee at the drive-​thru gave me a total before I was even finished ordering. And guess what? The order itself was messed up. Ugh. Avoid this one.
