This store has the fastest drive through every single time I go. I don’t like eating fast food but when you are in a hurry this is the place to go, even when it looks packed!

I usually like this Wendy’s. They are pretty consistent and for fast food(good or bad) consistency is the key. A person likes to know what they are in for. The spot was renovated not too long ago and the Outside looks inviting. The inside has a little couch style sitting area in addition to the dining tables. The drive thru set up is the same that most fast food places are adopting. Two lanes for ordering, merge into one for payment and pick up. Push through the confusion of confirming what you ordered so you pay for the correct meal. It sounds bad but the line used to be out to the street so I prefer this version. The food was ok today. The burgers were a little dry. That’s never been that case before but today I felt like I was eating yesterday’s burgers. Very sad. The fries were status quo. A little on the salty side but that’s par for the course. The large coke always feels like a bit of a rip off… Way too much ice and not so much soda. Again it’s consistent so no surprise there. Today there was no line at lunch time. Excellent for me. Not so good for business I expect. The people at the window were pleasant and efficient. My order was correct as ordered. It’s a Wendy’s and it was fine…

This wendys was remodeled and it looks nice. But every time I come here they screw up my order. I ordered 2 #4. I get 24 for 4? The manager is nice but staff doesn’t listen. I’ll still keep coming here and rechecking my order before I leave.

I try not to give bad reviews but a bit of forewarning to the people who haven’t been to the Wendy’s drive through on Sw 120th street(in kendall). The new drive through makes for such a frustrating experience! The change now has two car lanes that are next to each other which end up bottlenecking right at the Drive thru window where you pay. And to make things worse there is only one cashier for the two lanes, so when you get to the cashier the poor person has to figure out what your order is. To top that since I chose the left lane the person behind me drove past me to the right lane and jumped ahead of me! The food is what you would expect for any Wendys but the drive through madness doesn’t make me want to choose this as my go-to lunch spot. If there’s a next time, I’m walking in.

Just not good. No pickles on the burger, no ketchup and one onion ring. Seriously underwhelmed.

It must be very hard to get a drive-thru order correct, because this location rarely manages the feat! All I can say is take the extra time from your already very long drive-thru wait to thoroughly check your order. You’ll probably regret it if you don’t!

Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast food place but not any more thanks to this location. Don’t go to this Wendy’s with any special order, because they will not get it right. And the new double lane drive-through is a joke. If you love feeling frustrated and disappointed, then this is the place for you.

I normally don’t rant, I guess I’m on a roll today. Two lines for ordering in the drive-thru then they merge into one. 15 min wait for a crappy salad. I think I will stick to making my own salad at home

No idea why this place has such a low rating. My food is always hot — fast — and correct. I’ve been here 3 + times in the last 5 months(Wendy’s is the only fast food I eat) and each time the staff are friendly, accommodating, and the place is clean. I don’t normally eat sat food so I appreciate their honesty when I order and ask if an item is good or if I should pass. I also appreciate the fries — I always ask for fresh ones and have never even had them hesitate or bat an eyelash. The staff are nice people.

Peter was in the car with me when that happened. I was so upset that I called corporate that night. They weren’t helpful in getting me proper retribution.(not sure how I could’ve proved it, but there may have been some cameras around there) Whatever… Haven’t been back since and will probably never eat Wendy’s again(have probably spent over $ 1000 in 5-piece chicken mcnuggets over the past 10 years!), so they’re losing some business. Oh well…

Really slow service. Then they hand you your food without a word and slam the window shut. On multiple occasions I’ve heard them making fun of customers placing orders at the drive through while I was paying at the second window.

When you have incompetent employees give you a foreign currency as change and then nicely calling them out and asking for american currency then they have the audacity to throw that coin at your car and hit your trunk as you are leaving you know this place is terrible. Never going back

I can’t really give any fast food establishment over 3 stars in good conscience but in a fast food competition Wendy’s would come out on top for me. I hadn’t been to Wendy’s in a while, I moved to Miami a few months ago — West Kendall specifically — which has way too many fast food places, way too little good places to eat, and pretty much nothing that’s open after 10pm except for the fast food drive-thru. The other day, it was late and I was hungry and tired and decided to just go to Wendy’s(its literally right around the corner from our house.(I can drive there in 1 minute, and walk there in 5). I tried the Almond Berry Chicken Salad, with a baked potato and a WIld Berry Iced Tea. The salad was one of the better salads I’ve ever had — Fresh, crisp, and GREEN lettuce(actually its a mix of different greens, so not all of them are green, but they are all fresh), fresh, ripe, and juicy blueberries and awesome strawberries topped with a warm(but not too hot so it wilts the greens and creates a soggy mess) grilled chicken breast, sprinkled with a fairly generous amount of what tasted like Asiago cheese. The salad also came with a generously sized baggie of toasted, salted, sliced almonds and 2 packets of really yummy Raspberry Vinagrette(one for the ½ size). I honestly couldn’t believe how good it was — I thought that it was just one of those rare one-off really good items that you get every once in a blue moon from otherwise mediocre establishments(a particular chicken sandwich from McDonald’s comes to mind — never to be duplicated). So I went back, and lo-and-behold it was just as good. I’ve now had this salad 4 times and its been excellent every single time. The Baked Potato was ok(these are much more hit or miss) but I do have to report that they are using real bacon on their bacon and cheese potatoes instead of those weird bacon bits that they used to use — yeah, this makes it taste entirely different and part of me misses that unique taste that they used to have — but the foodie in me is happy that they are using real bacon(even if it is undercooked — make it crispy guys, it would be sooo much better). Now only if they would trade in that watery«cheese» sauce for some nice shredded sharp cheddar and butter and salt the potato before adding the toppings — then that would truly be amazing. The Wild Berry Tea was ok — it was refreshing and not too sweet(I HATE when Tea is too sweet) and having tasted the Iced Tea at competing stores(Dunkin Donuts & McDonalds) it is definitely the best of all of them — but I don’t think Ill be clamoring to order it anytime soon. I tried a small order of their«new» fries and couldn’t really discern that much of a difference from the old fries — this is still one of the weakest menu items. I’ll never even go near their chili. Their burgers are better than most other fast food burgers in that they actually taste like a real hamburger — but they are still fast food burgers and therefore can only be OK. I’ve always liked their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and their Chicken Nuggets are pretty damn good too. Since the Berry Almond Chicken Salad is the newest menu item, I have hope for Wendy’s … if they continue to come out with winners like this, they will move up a category beyond other Fast Food places. I sincerely hope that they do. I hear that they are testing a new breakfast menu in some markets and I looked at an example of the menu and it seems to offer some things that look like they could be amazing. I hope they are, and I hope they bring breakfast to all Wendy’s. As for customer service at this location — its better than average for a store in Miami. All employees speak english, aren’t rude, and rarely screw up your order. The drive thru is almost always super-fast and they have always gotten any special orders correct.

The service is your typical Miami service. In the drive thru your food will be hanging out of the window! And don’t expect any English or manors from the employees.
