Wet Seal

I love wet seal. don’t get me wrong but this place was bursting of mind blowing ridiculousness. The store itself is nicely laid out and we happened to stumble upon a sale as well. However, the staff was unwilling and stone faced during the whole experience. While there were six people waiting in line with only one cashier, two other girls were leaning on the back counter complaining how they hadn’t met their quota and store visit for last month.
I wanted to hop the counter and start ringing out customers myself. There was no sense of urgency or concern that they had customers waiting for 12 – 15 minutes while one cashier slowly made progress through the line.(she could care less as well).
And the cashier allowed a random lady to cut in line that didn’t even have tags on her desired clothing. At this point my friend put her stuff back and walked out of the store.
I’m just shocked that there was no apology given for the wait or even a head nod in acknowledgement… don’t plan to work there for very long or anywhere else for that matter with your poor customer service skills and negative attitude.

Bayside is so easy to shop at for the little things you need. And today I NEEDED to buy something. I get in those moods.
I asked my mom if we could stop because I usually find cute stuff when I go there. It is the largest Wet Seal store in Miami. I walked in and was in heaven with all of the sparkle and bling bling items :). I started grabbing things right away.
Tiffany, the store manager, was there and remembered us right away and got me a fitting room. Out of the 7 items I tried on I only purchased one dress. It was only $ 15. I loved the bright colors they had out which is sometimes hard to find this time of year. The other items were a tad too short for me. We also got 2 really pretty headbands that were buy one get one half off. I also used my Wet Seal card which gives me 10% for a year. Trust me, I need that!
I love going here for clothing. It is cheap and convenient. I never walk out empty handed. It isn’t the greatest quality of clothes, but being in college I really don’t care. They always have the CUTEST shoes too! I have bought some here before. Their boots for the winter are so fun!

My daughter likes this store every now and then. We came to Bayside yesterday just to look around and came here. She was looking for some holiday wear for some «socials» that she will be attending. She does not like to spend much money, as she really knows how to stay on a budget.
This store is very large, easy to shop and prices are very reasonable. Most of their clothing is for the young. Latest trends, fun accessories, bags, boots, shoes, jewelry, etc… She found about six different things to try on. Tiffany, who was very nice and helpful took her to the dressing room. She added anything you might need please let me know. Wow, and she spoke perfect English. For a store in this mall to have such great service astonished me.
Luckily, we found some really cute outfits for her. The clothes are cool, chic, not the best quality but they will work for what she needed.
We walked out spending $ 89 for three dresses and a skirt.
Tiffany was excellent, and made our shopping experience delightful. Tiffany also mentioned to us about their savings card, where you can save everytime you shop up to one full year. We have had the card in the past but it was expired. Today, it cost $ 3 because of what we spent. They send online coupons and on your Birthday they give you additional savings. What a deal!
