Wingstop

Tried to order wings at 11:42 pm and they person answering the phone told me they were closed when their sit says midnight. Obviously lazy staff. Only recommended during early operational hours

The wings are good. The fries are awesome. The service is terrible. Don’t bother placing an order to pick up they say it’ll be ready in 20 – 30 minutes and then when you get there it takes even longer. I ordered online and that’s even worse. They actually told me «we just couldn’t get to online orders we we’re too busy» that’s just POOR SERVICE. My order was set for pick up at 10:20 and its past 11 and I’m still waiting.

I love wing stops wingettes. Not too big just the right size. Cooked to crispy perfection. However the customer service at this location is horrible. I placed a simple order of wings over the phone and then decided 1 minute later that I wanted to add fries and a drink making it a combo. Why did I do this? I was called annoying because I wanted to change my prior order (not by that much). Then they said its bc their system does not allow a void. Well a customer can’t be annoying bc a company system isn’t working or functioning like the rest of the world. Wing stop get your act together.

The wings were straight crap. They tasted like way too SALTY. If it wasn’t out of the way, I would have driven back and asked for a refund. I ended up throwing away over 90 percent of what I ordered. This was the first time and definitely the last time I will ever waste my money at this place. I recommend you avoid this restaurant at all costs, unless you like wasting your hard earned money.

The food is ok depending on the cook one time I ordered Louisiana rub and it was super salty so salty I had to change it for something else. Also if you want any additional sauce you have to pay extra ridiculous. I’m giving this place 3 stars because everytime I go there the wait is very long even when it’s not crowded I mean it doesn’t take 45 mins to fry up some pre frozen wings they really need to make some improvements.

Great staff and great food, I come here bi-​weekly. They accommodate well, always have a clean lobby and they’re all really nice.

Ordered takeout out, got home and I didn’t even finish the first wing; it was that nasty. Ended up throwing the whole thing out!
I will never waste my hard earned money here again.

Food from here is very consistent. It does get busy from time to time but the wings are always cooked properly. No complaints from me.

I came here with a friend to pick up her food. I didn’t order anything but I did have a taste of her food. She just ordered some mild hot wings that came with fries. The wing was okay, I didn’t like the sauce. The fries were a bit too salty for me.
I will try this place one day on my own. Maybe get some boneless wings. I’m not in any rush to try it but one day.
The place is a bit small located in Cutler Bay. The area was clean and the customer service was nice.

I love Wing Stop I’ve never met anybody who doesn’t like it. But I’ve read some bad reviews on Unilocal about but I disagree with the bad reviews in my opinion Wing Stop is the place to get Wings. This location is on Old Cutler Rd in Cutler Bay this is one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. My favorite Wing Stop location is in Kendall the one on 120^th St and 127^th Ave in a plaza with a Bonefish Grill. But this location is my second favorite. The staff here is really nice we ordered the Parmesan Chicken Wings, The Teriyaki Chicken Wings and the Lemon Pepper Wings with fries the wings are all delicious and good but the Parmesan Chicken are the best because of all the garlic and it’s fattening but I love junk food even if it’s not good for u. Eat like a boss! Awesome staff and wings! Awesome place to watch football games. When I asked to watch the UM game they did it! Good customer service!

Dinner time is the worst time. But other wise it’s the best. 10 mins and you have your order.

They definitely need to spruce up on their customer service.
I felt like I would instantly keel over and die of clogged arteries. I know it’s fast food but must it dripppp with grease and oil?
Plus the staff looks unkept and dirty and the place smells like wet wood. This is what i waited 30 minutes for? Sigh
Oohhh and they didn’t give me the drinks I pd for. Want to call them but dreading going back!

Sometimes you just need a quick fix for chicken wings (or chicken strips). Wingstop is one of the best places in the area I know of to fill that need. There are no frills and nothing is over the top. This is just true classic fried chicken. The quality has never disappointed. I like to stick to a small portion of the menu, namely the chicken strips with hickory smoked barbecue sauce, and sometimes either french fries or baked beans. They have a large variety of sauces, so feel free to pick one for your taste bud’s delights.
Bottom Line: Check it out. You’ll certainly find something you will enjoy.

Ugh. That’s the only thing that comes to mind after my most recent visit to Wing Stop. I ordered a dozen wings (half medium and half hot) with a side of fries. My wings were pretty damn greasy which I could have overlooked if everything else was in place the way it should be… but my fries had to be the greasiest, worst excuse for french fries that I’ve ever had. I thought that perhaps it was only a few of them so I tried some more with the same result. I thought maybe they’re better at the bottom of the basket… nope…just as greasy if not worse. I didn’t even come anywhere close to finishing them. The basket of fries looked like I hadn’t even touched it when I threw it out. I hate having to waste money like that and the fact that I tried to give the food multiple chances and still failed to get anything good is what prompted such a low review. I would rather drive a few minutes farther to Buffalo Wild Wings and actually enjoy my meal instead of come here again.

So I hope you can get from the name Wing stop that they major in chicken wings!
Man oh man they serve some good wings. Me and the hubs were out & about and came across Wing Stop. This particular Wing Stop is located in a shopping center with a Publix, BK, liquor store etc. It is a cute small place to grab some grub, and watch some sports. (No first date kind of thing!) We ordered our food to go because we wanted to go eat by the lake (corny i know but we are a corny couple lol). We ordered Chicken strips with fries, with mild dressing on the side, honey mustard, and ranch dressing. I ordered the veggie sticks as well. Everything was great, flavor was off the change! The mild sauce was not mild at all, but for me that is a good thing because i loveeeeeeeeeeeeee spicy foods! I just thank god I didn’t order the spicy sauce! My mouth would have been on fire! =O
The veggies sticks which were carrots and celery were fresh & crisp yum yum! I thought everything was great but the hubs thought the fries could have been better, but he eats everything plain, I always spice it up a notch, with dressing and whatnot, so they were great for me. I will come here again for sure! Service was excellent as well! They also cook to-​order which makes it even more tasty!
