DAMN GOOD CHICKEN! The only thing that sucks about this location is how long it takes to get your food. The food has always been 100% correct each time I order but every time I go in, I wait an additional 30 – 40 minutes for my food. Last night they said it would be ready at 9:10 and it wasn’t ready until 10′ o clock.

Although I place my order 30 minutes prior to stopping by the store I received excellent service from the gentleman that assisted me. He was service driven and was kind and willing to give me a free drink while I wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes for my food.

I am totally a Wing stop fan, what makes me give them 2 stars, is the wait time. I arrived here yesterday at 7:16 pm. I orders a 10 piece combo, and since it was Tuesday, I took advantage of the special offer of boneless wings for 60 cents. I order an extra 6 pieces. The flavors I recommend highly and you can never go wrong are lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. I had noticed that it was a little congested and The Miami Heat were playing. I paid for my order and the cashier advised me that there was an eighteen minute wait, it was actually a thirty minute wait. Customers were getting agitated and so was I. It was more like 35 minutes later my order was ready. The manager inconveniently told me since the wings are a little bigger, it takes longer to cook. It sounds more like bullsh*t to me.
After waiting for almost an hour, my order was finally ready. At these types of places it always good to check your order, before leaving. I checked and noticed that they added 4 extra boneless wings to my order, and the manager apologized for the inconvenience.
PROS
1. All flavors are a must try, and tasty

CONS
1. Never go there on game event days, unless, you want to literally wait all day.
2. Need more staffing to cook, understaffed in my opinion.
I loved Winstop, my kids and I are avid fans, would I recommend them, yes with my eyes closed. Just never on any sport game day.

The first time I went there, for some reasons I had to wait almost 1h to get my wings, but just when I was about to really get upset the cashier apologized and told me they had an issue in the kitchen. I went back to sit down and a couple of minutes later, the wings were ready and the person in the kitchen came up to the front to apologize as well for the long waiting time. I really appreciated that they were being nice and actually cared about their customers.
I have been back several times since then and I have always been happy with the food, wings always taste great and the price they offer is more than reasonable compared to what you can see in other places!

Worst customer service ever. One of the girls need to check her attitude while servicing customers. The other girl that was on the register had a smile and was doing her job by giving good customer service. I would recommend to call and order your food first before coming here. They don’t have any tables where you can sit down and eat. Make sure you have your ID while purchasing with your debit card.

Well stopped in to get some wings. Was greeted by a nice playful member. Ordered just about 30 wings. Was told it would take 16 minutes but waited for about 35. They were a little busy so it was understandable! Once the food was ready my name was screamed out without a care in the world dropped on the counter as if the business was unappreciative of me patronizing this establishment. Not welcoming at all. Yet she walked past me 5 times as I waited for her to even look at me because she was missing bread rolls so I waited another maybe 5 min as she screams my name again and answers a phone call while food is still in her hand. For her to pass it to another employee to hand it over with out a thank you for your patience or anything.
Food: wings are wings boneless or with bone it was really good bread was amazing a little soggy
But food was good will I be back to wing stop yes I will, will I go back to that same location probably not.
Advice to management staff has less knowledge and people skills then employees at the Golden Arches be a little more nicer!

The neighborhood is pretty scary and there are too many activities going on the street. The homeless man standing by the door is harmless, but looks scary. The condition of the facility could have been better kept, but the customer service is fair. I love the fact they ask for ID if you purchase with a card. Also, they were pretty good with the food when it came to time. In addition, they made my wings exactly how I wanted it. I would come again, but never alone.

Me and my friends were wasted! I needed some food ASAP! Being from NY we all know for a FACT that Wingstop as one of the best chicken ever, and in Miami it’s hard to find a good chicken spot… so thank you Rick Ross for putting one here! I always get my boneless wings with mild sauce and fries! and can’t forget the lemonade… lets just say that it tasted like heaven and I felt sooooo much better afterwards!

Wings are always on point and services are real good, they are always busy so order online to save time.

I wanted to love this place. Never waited so long for wings in my life. I started to think they were trying to catch the chicken themselves in the back. Ridiculous. You’re probably better off ordering ahead, the area definitely isn’t the greatest either.

Came to have lunch while working. Theres nowhere to sit and have lunch inside. Waited 14 minutes for my food and was disapointed at the size of these chicken wings bro. Wow. They didnt let the chickens grow these wings were so small and light. Smh. Soaked in greaae and lacks flavor. Fries were soggy and soaked in grease as well. Noone takes pride in what they do here at wing stop and the food was horrible

First time trying wing stop & wow were my expectations exceeded. I nice change to the occasional fast food locations. The wings are top quality competing with sports grill, flanigans, and even the fresh market. But what really stood out is the service … I feel horrible I didn’t ask her name but she remember our names even without looking at the receipt. The fries are delicious and have a taste that’s very different with hint of brown sugar seasoned on top. I recommend wingstop for a very filling meal with bone in wings for approx $ 10 with fries & soda included, can’t go wrong. I left very full & satisfied look forward to eating there again

I’ve only had the wings and haven’t been disappointed in any of the flavors I’ve tried. Their wings are awesome! I agree with the other reviews that the area is not that great, especially if you’re going after dark. Still I’ve never had any issues and I’ll continue to go back when I’m in the area.

the wings here were very good.
i personally still think that Flannigans and Hooters have the best wings
but these guys are up there with the other 2 places as being very good and different.
the Mango habenero sauce and the garlic parmigian were my 2 favorites.

I was pleasantly surprised that this young lady was professional and courteous as well because I visited this location before and they were not as friendly .but I must say this location have redeemd themselves .Mary was great and attentive over the phone and once we arrived she was on point and even the Manager greeted and asked if I wanted to place a order or picking up and even I was technically early for my pickup, he rushed my order anyway. Awesome Job

Best wings ever, Lemmon pepper is highly recommended. Yes it is in the «hood» but don’t be frighten, the staff is super nice. This restaurant is worth my drive

Be prepared to hit the hood but if good wings are what you crave it’s worth it!!! Rick ross put all of us on to his favorite Lemmon pepper wings and I can’t say I disagree with him at all. No so check but not to expensive… The staff is always polite and well mannered and the food is consistently good. And this lil spot is always clean… When I’m craving some good wings this is the spot to hit up…

I just ordered from this place and my fried taste like they had been cooked in burnt grease, were very dark in color and soggy. I called the location and spoke to the manager Gabriel who told me that it was hard for her to believe that the fries were both burnt and soggy. She stated hat burnt fries were typically hard. I again explained to her that they tasted as if they were cooked in burnt grease which would give them a burnt flavor. She then offered to replace the fries the next day or whenever I returned. I told her that’ve was just calling to let her know so that the cook could be more mindful of the food that they served to people and she again insisted that the fries should be hard if they were burnt! I just ended the call because there was no communicating my point to her.

I love Wingstop. Typically this isnt the location i go to, but its closest to my house so i have been there several times.
The employees at this location are great. They always are working hard, take care of all the customers the best they can, and usually are very respectful with the customers.
The wings are always consistent and they add a good amount of sauce.
My only issue is the time. Last time i ordered at 830… it said pick up at 9. So i got there at 910 and waited 20 minutes (in their defense they were very busy).
The gentleman who finally handed my order to me sincerely apologized for the wait, and that probably kept me from giving the location a 3 star rating. I was kind of pissed but the employees being decent kept me calm.
