I DO NOT recommend using this service. More below but the quick version: terrible (almost no) communication. Did not meet time frames. Sent shirt to wrong location very late. Charged even after they offered a $ 10 first use credit because system didn’t work properly.
Longer version: was visiting from Canada. Gave in a shirt 6 days before I left Miami. First the pick up the next day was good other than putting a dry clean only shirt as wash and fold. I emailed and it was corrected (it was marked on tag and on app — no attention to detail). I followed up 3 days later to see when it would be delivered and I got a text back saying that I should have told them it was needed within their stated time frame? I let them know I was leaving country and needed it by Monday. No response. I called the cell phone and texted the cell phone of the owner along with emailing and leaving messages at the ²⁴⁄₇ hotline and no response. FOR DAYS! Finally Monday (day I was leaving) I received an email it was being looked into by noon and by 130 I was again calling and emailing with no answers. ZERO communication after I was told it was being looked into.
Tuesday once I was home I received an email that it was at the farthest location they have from where it was dropped off. I had arranged someone to pick it up where it was dropped off but that’s not where they delivered it!
Worst customer service I have seen dealing with a company.
I will say they deserve the 1 star as the shirt did in fact get cleaned eventually although it was creased (that’s what I heard since I have not seen it!!).
Use another local service. While I was in town I also used Oxxo and they were great!

Zoom locker is great. They provide prompt service and keep you posted on your items each step. Photos are taken of each item and inventoried. You can’t go wrong by using them. Prices are competitive but with the added convenience of them picking up and dropping off in our building it’s like having your own personal valet service. I would highly recommend them.

Love ZoomLocker! The clothes really comes out impeccable, it’s always ready on time and the best is that I can drop it off or pick it up whenever I have the time, without the hassle of having to rush out of my daily routine just to make it to the closing or opening deadline.
The variety of services they offer is great, including their wash and fold plans and the prices aren’t bad at all, specially for leather clothing or night gowns with a lot of embroidery and stones.
Best part is that they’re super close to where I live in downtown so I don’t have to drive much to have my clothes taken care of.

«Alfred» and the Zoom Locker team are fraudulent with their services. I have been using Zoom Locker for over half a year, and on their mobile application, there is space to write notes for each particular order. On several occasions, I have noted «press only» with regard to suits, pants, ties, etc. However, only today did I receive a call indicating they do not have a «press only» service, and instead, the items that I had been asking for «press only» service have, in fact, been dry cleaned with damaging chemicals. When I asked why I am being told this now, he replied that they have attempted to get in touch with me before, which is ridiculous; not only do they have my cell phone number (text messages are used to notify the customer when the order is ready), but I certainly would not continue to ask for a service that the company does not offer.
«Alfred» is the only person I’ve ever spoken to at Zoom Locker, and he, evidently, is both in charge of customer service and is an owner. He is, unfortunately, also in over his head when it comes to running a small business. Look elsewhere.

I’ve just started using Zoom Locker cleaners. Just got my first laundry order back. My shirts were properly cleaned and pressed and delivered back to me on hangers. The delivery method is very convenient as I drop it off in a locker located in my parking garage. They clean the laundry and deliver back the same way — in a locker room where I can pick it up on my own time. Once the order is ready they send you a text with the info and the number of the locker and the pass ode to open it. VERY clever and convenient! And I found the service to be very economic, just $ 2.49 per shirt. I like Zoom Locker cleaners!
