I made an appointment having never been to the store. I saw the gowns online and picked out a few I wanted to try on. Particularly one of the Belle dresses since my theme is beauty and the beast. The staff was very helpful and polite and genuinely wanted to help. After trying on several dresses and realizing a ball gown was too much dress for me she suggested an a line style. These dresses fit much better and was more what I was looking for. After a few more dresses she suggested trying a gold dress. It was absolutely perfect! I have red hair so it matched very well together. Unfortunately they weren’t able to order the dress before my wedding so I decided to buy the sample dress for a discount and have it altered at the store. I am immensely happy with my decision to go to Alfred Angelo’s and I highly recommend them.

Just received an apology from someone with Alfred Angelos, she stated that the District Manager has been informed of my experience, and training will take place. I’ll be checking back here over the next few months, to see if the negative reviews have ceased. According to the store information on Unilocal,this is NOT a «shop by appointment only store». They either need to update signage on the door to state that walkins may be ignored, or be honest and update Unilocal,and admit that appointments ARE necessary, and Walk-ins are not welcome. It’s their business, not mine how they run it. I will never recommend this store, and have informed everyone I know with a daughter getting married soon to avoid Alfred Angelos like the Plague…

I came to my appointment yesterday, feeling absolutely beat down after a horrible experience at a highly touted store in Cincinnati. Walking in, I was greeted with a smile. We had to wait a few minutes as we arrived early, but I felt they actually wanted my business and worked very diligently to help me get what I wanted. The prices are reasonable, the customer service was excellent. The consultant of her own volition offered up a military discount after learning my fiancé was in the service. I walked out smiling and feeling great.

My wife & came in to look for a dress as we prepare to renew our vows. We have two toddlers & they were with us… Sales staff did not even acknowledge our existence for over 25 minutes. We left end of story.

Yesterday 12÷09÷12 was my third time coming to this store and I have always had a great experience. My sales rep was Colette and she always had a smile and a hug waiting for me and my bridesmaids. The first time I came was in September and I had an appointment and I can only say a big thank you that she was my bridal consultant. She helped me find my perfect dress and it was just a wonderful experience. I came when they were having a sale so I originally saved $ 100 based on the amount of the dress I was getting, but she also gave me an extra $ 50 off for a total of $ 150 in savings. My dress was supposed to come in around Christmas and it was in after Thanksgiving!!! I went there yesterday to pick up my dress yesterday and to my delight Colette was there. We caught up on happenings on how much progress I made since we last saw each other in September and she updated me on her wedding that will take place this weekend. Because I just walked in to get my dress, no notice to the staff, it was so nice that she remembered so much about me, my wedding, the concerns I had for hair and my colors. I was super impressed because let’s face it, if I had scheduled this appointment she could have read up on my file but siince this was a spur of the moment outing to get my dress, her remembering me was all the more better and genuine. I stayed and chatted with her for roughly 30 – 40 minutes before I left because that is how comfortable I feel there and with her. I scheduled my alterations for March 4th and I am so hoping to catch up with her again. The kicker is that she does not work on Sundays, but she came in because she was taking time off for her honeymoon and wanted to work as much as she could beforehand. Go to this place to get your dresses ladies. You will not be disappointed especially if you have Colette. Request her by name if possible. I live in Covington and so Miamisburg is far from me, but I knew I wanted an Alfred Angelo and my experience has been nothing but POSITIVE!!!

We came to this ‘signature store’ without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Things were a bit frantic when we walked in, no one seemed able to help us or sure what to do with our ‘drop in’(though this is of course not unusual, right?). I was worried. We’d traveled about an hour to check this place out and it seemed, at first, to be an error. But then, the tone of our visit shifted immediately when we met Annie. SHE. WAS. FANTASTIC.(And also helping another bride, but totally capable of figuring out how to manage both of us– props to her). She continued to be cheery, helpful, and pleasant for the entirety of our visit. She made the experience and I would recommend working with her for professionalism, congeniality, and dedication to the goal at hand. I came in to this store as the bride looking to try on some dresses for my girls who are all over the US. My wedding dress consultant recommended this line for affordability, good quality fabric, and versatile styles in many colors. I tried on about 15 dresses, ranking them along the way, ended up with 3 we all liked(mom, future mom-in-law, fiancé). In the end I shared this with my girls and they wanted me to decide. I did, with ease, because Annie had been so forthcoming with her feedback, clear about set backs about certain styles, fits for body types, etc. Making decisions around weddings has come to be a bit of a stressor for me(so many details!), but I credit the great dresses at Alfred Angelo and the help of Annie to my success in checking this off my list. I recommend this store if you’re looking for bridesmaid dresses in the $ 130 – 170 dress range(they have more expensive ones of course, if you’re not concerned about price). This is by far a steal in the crazy industry of weddings, and I’m really looking forward to the hopeful utility and reusability of these dresses. Thanks Annie(and Alfred Angelo Signature Store).

I visited this store for a friend’s wedding, in which I’m a bridesmaid. The location was not convenient for me as I live in Cincinnati and this was in Dayton, but not a big deal… it’s for a friend! When I walked in, no one offered to help us and the store was not busy at all. When I finally approached a staff member, they did not have the bridesmaid dress in the bride’s file, even though they were supposed to. It was quite a mess to figure out which dress it was but I finally got in touch with the bride. Crisis averted. They gave me the dress to try on(which I do like) and it was a very large size. This disappointed me greatly as I could not tell what the dress was going to look like once it fit(I typically wear a size 0 – 2). I understand that stores carry large sizes to accommodate a variety of women, but I believe they should also carry a small sample size. The staff members were friendly while taking measurements and ordering the dress but overall I was not impressed by this store. I will not be buying my bridesmaid dresses here for my wedding for a variety of reasons, but mainly because of their location and lack of sample sizes. I want my bridesmaids to be comfortable and know what the dresses will look like before they order them.

Do not even waste your time! My dress seems like it was cheaply made(in bright light you can see through it), and it was not cheap. Also, I was told that the dress would be made special to fit me and when it came in 4 months later it was not! It now will only zip half-way up my back, and I have not gained any weight. So when we took the dress up there to talk to their manager, all she had to say was that who ever informed us of that was wrong, and that they would be happy to fix the alterations but we would still have to pay for them! But I’m not going to even take my dress back to them for the alterations, they have gotten all the money they are going to get out of me.

I was very disappointed with the service I received here. I made an appointment, and when I showed up on time I stand around and wait for 20 minutes, I only was helped when I when to the front desk and reminded them I was there. The lady that ‘helped’ us was rude and made me feel guilty because I was trying on dress after dress. The dressing rooms were not that big or roomy. They had a couple in the front that were, but they had bridesmaids taking up those rooms and I was a bride. It was just a horrible experience on what was supposed to be a special day for me. They did have a nice selection of dresses though, that’s why they even got 2 stars.
