Dodd Camera

Dodd camera has one of the best customer service. Hands down… I always had good experience with this place near Dayton mall. They know what they are selling, enthusiastic about it and passport/​printing services are great at affordable $$. We always had above and beyond quality and customer service from David at this place. Highly recommend them for photo services as well as cameras.

Today, I got to the store and was greeted by Miss Information (get it?). She was so enthusiastic, eager to help me find what I wanted.
I told her that I was looking for micro Four-​Thirds products, so we stopped at the Sony case (no micro Four-​Thirds there), and then, we stopped at the Nikon case (also no micro Four-​Thirds).
I suggested that I was looking for micro Four-​Thirds products again, and she said «Well, we have the Nikon 1.» and I reminded her that Sony and Nikon don’t make micro Four-​Thirds products and that Olympus and Panasonic do. «Oh, well, it’s just a general term.» to which I disagreed.
She went to the computer to find Olympus equipment and I said «Don’t bother.» and she ignored me and kept looking, so I walked out. The gentleman who was also working said «Thanks for stopping.» or some such.
If she doesn’t know details, would I trust my money to someone ignorant of technology? No, especially since the store at Stroop and Far Hills isn’t that far away.
