Astounding bicycle repairs are made here for the price which is oh so affordable! My son Thomas loves his bike with a dinosaur painted on it and it was a light on the back! It got under my Honda CXR and one morning I crushed it. The store had no more! I couldn’t even find one with a dinosaur and well even if my wife says I’m a fine painter I know I couldn’t even begin to find a way to pain a dinosaur on a normal black bike, Thomas is smart for his age! I took the bike in and they fixed it up all like a dream! Everything was as new, and the dinosaur was still on the bike! Just roarin’ away! Thomas likes to believe he’s a dinosaur when he rides his bike through the yard. Oh youth! This bike shop is wonderful! Thumbs everywhere for you! 5 of them! Stars for Thomas! I went to West Trails today with a lot of questions that Mike answered. He had me try four different types of bikes to see which one I preferred. He was patient and took the time to answer everything I had concerns about since I was looking to replace my bike. Customer service was fantastic! Eric had to go to the warehouse and get the bike I ended up purchasing because it wasn’t on display. Pete and Mike even took the accessories off of my old bike and put them on my new bike for me. Mike tuned up my old bike so I could sell it and placed both of the bikes in my truck. That is customer service beyond compare. Thank you for everything!

Here is the email I sent to West Trails after a recent purchase: Mike, I drove from West Chester to your shop yesterday and after riding the Crosstown I bought it. I probably could have found something cheaper on ebay but I might have bought something that I did not like. I wanted to be able to try it out first. I want to tell you about the exemplary customer service I received from Luke and Matt. They went out of their way to answer questions and get me out on the trail safely. Luke stopped what he was doing to help me then ran down to the warehouse to get the Crosstown for me to try out. A lady walked in while I was there, looked at Matt and said«I know nothing about bikes». He just smiled and said«Well that’s what we are here for, to help you learn» or something to that effect. The bike felt comfortable when I rode it but the customer service was what convinced me to buy from your shop. I have been to other shops where I was literally ignored. Needless to say I did not stick around long. Here’s wishing you success in your business.
