I enjoyed my time here at the night shooting on Tuesdays. Gun rentals and ammo a very fair priced at 10 $ a handgun. The selection was high and some with laser sights. It was a pleasure to shoot with such nice people and workers. I am leaving here with a smile.

Always helpful! Great people that know their stuff when it comes to firearms. A pleasure to deal with. Range is also nice to practice on. Wish they would upgrade the right side as you look into the range.

I was not impressed after reading glowing reviews of this place.
I went in with the intention of adding a new gun to my collection and walked out empty handed. The selection was ok but nothing stellar however the prices were very reasonable. Basically they would have received one star if it weren’t for the prices.
What annoyed me is the lack of service by the staff. The three or so guys manning the counters didn’t look twice at me, even the dude at the rental counter who didn’t have a customer. I had to say hello to break the ice, and he promptly ignored me after.
Best part is they decided to help the couple with the ditzy airhead asking about layaway even though I was there first. I may be young (27) but I’ve been shooting since I was 12 and have remained an enthusiast since. So go ahead and put that $ 400 gun on layaway, the guy with a CWP and $ 1000 in his pocket is going elsewhere,

Great selection, knowledgeable staff, fair prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A much better choice for firearms than MC Surplus or many of the rip-​off pawn shops in Gainesville.
This is the scene of the infamous Harry Beckwith shooting in which the original owner, now deceased, used a machine gun to defend his shop from a gang of 6 armed burglars. Google it.
There is an indoor pistol range adjacent to this store where one can shoot.
