Something Blue Bridal

A nice quaint, hometown shop! Everyone was so caring and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable, respected and valued, which is a lot different from all the big box or big city bridal stores! I would recommend this store to anyone getting married. I made the drive and it was well worth the effort!

We went into something blue bridal in March to order bridesmaid dresses for a wedding in August. Ruby wasn’t there and her assistant ordered the dresses for us. She insisted on ordering my dress and another brides made dress 4 sizes to big insisting they run small.
Fast forward to August and our dresses still arent in a week before the wedding. We kept calling to see what was up, and were told that WE were told not to order from this designer and it was all the BRIDES fault! We could never get an answer out of her so I took matters into my own hands and got ahold of the company RayLia Designs.
Come to find out the problem was that Ruby NEVER PAID FOR THE DRESSES!!! SO the designer didnt send them, and then when they did send them they were stuck on the UPS truck for almost a week because she still didnt want to pay for them.
Moral of the story Ruby is a nice lady, but doesnt know how to run a business and isnt very professional. Her assistant is a complete and utter moron and just plain rude! I would avoid Something Blue Bridal!
