We used this service for transportation to and from dinner. I have never been so hassled for a tip in my life. I was told on the phone that gratuity is expected and we we tipped at the end of the evening the driver demanded 20% Im sorry but a tip is what you choose to leave. It was rude and ridiculous… We gave a 15% tip for an easy back and forth drive and he refused to leave till we gave him 20% Will NEVER use this limo service again.
